They have nothing better to do.  So we are late once and a while. I never answer my phone when I don't recognize the number.  Oh and they harass you via email and text messaging also.

As SOON as I rejected this number I immediately got a text as well... wow.. I'm always on time and happen to be a whopping 6 days late. man oh man. relax Verizon.

I think it's a scam, I just paid $302 a few weeks ago and I was really late and NEVER got a call. They called relentlessly and I finally answered. Do not pay them over the phone just in case. Say I'll at online thanks bye, that's what I did

DO NOT pay these guys. They are pretendung to be verizon. somehow they have gotten my number and they call me everytime when my bill is supposed to be due (which us setup for autopay) telling me that I owe money. (Which, again, since my charge is autopay, so i never am late) Big big scam. Verizon needs to know.
