You may be on the do not call list but if u go on mass.gov under the exeptions to the do not call list are businesses setting up future appointments and not exepting money over the phone so even if ur on the do not call list companys can still call you our company is accreted by the bbb its on angies list and it the direct phone number is listed if u search for it were in the local yellow bools and have our own website were a fully licensed insured and bonded ..very legal company

Got a call from this company telling me to pay $230 for my burner services. I have never used them... I called them back and they wouldn't even tell me the company's name. Very fishy. THIS NUMBER AND BUSINESS IS A SCAM!

Well that is definitely a different company than American energy savers  (AES)..... We at AES are only licensed for the chimney aspect not the furnace we can only touch the chimney and we don't call to set appointments for furnace cleanings. Just like the furnace guy can only deal with the furnace and we can only do the chimney it is two o different licensing..... And we don't have any cleaning for that price currently our prices are as followed $79.95 for furnace flu (as or oil only for 79.95) each additional flu is an additional $60........ Fireplace is $149.95........ Wood burning stove is  $169....  We offer free estimates on repairs.... I have used AES Chimney and they were 100% professional. They called me to clean my gas burner chimney. I didn't even know it needed to be cleaned? When they opened the pipe for the burner it was totally blocked with chips from the clay walls of the chimney. I called my neighbor is a licensed plumber so I had him come over immediately and he confirmed what the AES representative had told me which was due to my new high efficiency burner that I had installed two years ago my chimney was crumbling on the inside and needed to be lined. My neighbor then told me that AES was charging me a fair price for the work so I proceeded to have the repair done on the spot. The guys did a great job. They were clean fast and a pleasure to deal with. That being said I was so happy with the work they did this summer I just this week purchased a beautiful pellet stove from them which was installed today with the same level of professionalism. I never comment on these forms but I felt this company was being spoke of unfairly and had to speak up. I am glad I took that call with a open mind because I don't usually do business over the phone and in this case I may have spent a little money but my home is safe now and my heating bill is going to be a whole lot cheaper!

The owners name is Bryan and he uses 3yr old call lists and then just recycles the numbers regardless of the DO NOT CALL LIST numbers.The techs he send to your house are sub-contractors and therefore are not Lic.Insured,Bonded or Certified.They are pot smoking alcoholics with crackheads thrown in just to say they dont discriminate.They should be investigated by MA,RI,CT,NH,NY.I know I used to work there.The main telephone is 508-507-6711 and 401-762-3721. And he cant even heat the room where the telemarketers work !!!!!! Thats sad for a wood & pellet stove shoppe !!!

I work for aes as a telemarketer, and we are not told anything about where our numbers come from. We don't even manually call anyone and do not see a list of any kind. We simply wait for the system to connect us to a call already in progress (Here's a tip, by the way. Don't say anything if you pick up. The system waits until it hears a human voice before connecting an operator. If you've got an answering machine, we won't intentionally leave any messages on it) While at work, I've heard one of my fellow employees say that all the numbers are either from past customers or names referred to us by the gas and oil companies. No idea how true that is though, and I've never heard it from a manager.
Something that seemed kinda fishy to me is that we don't actually have any licensing or registration numbers to give to anyone. We can't even give out a phone number, simply refer them to our website. When asked, my manager told me to tell the customer in question that our technicians are the ones with that information, which makes me think that they are all subcontractors (Or not actually licensed at all).
But really, the people on the phones are not the people in charge. We're in the dark as to what actually goes on at the jobs the technicians go on.

Well, I just received a call and we are on the do not call registry. When I told her that she hung up on me. Your company better check the do not call registry before they call people!!!!

The do not call list is only for when companies are trying to solicit money over the phone not for companies trying to set appts over the phone. Thats why chimney companies and other companies are allowed to call people on the DNC list.

You are so wrong its not even funny. The technicians are actual employees not sub contractors the company i s fully licenced insured and bonded. Moat of the managing techs have their own personal csia certifications bc the owner does not want to have techs that are not properly certified.  Idk who you are but you shouldnt speak about what you dont know about. Also no one who works for this company is a crackhead the owner wouldnt tolerate that.

Her only food for 2 months came from meals on wheels. And she shared that with her cat.

I work for this company and all the managers are licensed csia the labors are not we are just doing labor work. Aes are very professional and I have many references of people we take pics of every chimney before and after and always show the homeowner. We give estimates and suggest to have other chimneys come to give estimates. We do not force anybody into doing the job and we are deff not a scam. I'm sorry but when you have five trucks going out everyday doing a min of 20 houses a day between the trucks and we only have a few complaints than I say we are doing pretty good. The way we get our work is calling houses and like the previous person said the people that work there use a computer that does the calls for them they do not dial on the own. Bryan is a great fair owner and as far as crack heads and pot heads that work for him people get weeded out no matter what company you work for your going to find someone that has a problem.
