Report a phone call from 509-221-3648 and help to identify who and why is calling from this number.
- RandThe perverts must be on some kind of mandatory quota system because the number of calls coming from new "spoofed" numbers is increasing as the end of the month approaches.
It doesn't matter that I've had this number for 20 years and the person they ask for doesn't live here and never has. No matter how many times I have asked them to quit calling, they don't stop.
I don't buy drugs on the Internet and I don't know how they got my number. I also don't contribute to political parties or organizations pushing their own agendas, answer fake surveys designed to get me to spend money or need a worthless car warranty.
If the callers don't identify themselves through Caller ID, I'm not interested in anything they have to say or sell.
In the last two weeks, I've gotten at least one call, and sometimes as many as four or five calls, from the following:
000-000-0000
001-121-2701
206-474-3535
209-729-3810
305-744-3766

Usually, if I don't recognize a number and/or Caller ID doesn’t show the name of the person/business calling, I connect the call and then immediately disconnect. Sometimes, just for fun, I put the call on speaker and use a squeaker toy my cat loves – you squeeze it and it sounds like a cat squalling, then meowing, then squalling again.
I think the perverts think the cat has knocked the receiver off the hook because they rarely call back. If nothing else, I’m wasting their time and possibly their money. - DaveI've received two calls from this number and told the caller (who has a strong accent) that I am very healthy and don't take any medicine. I was polite because I was afraid that if I p***ed him off he might get vindictive and keep calling back.
I filed a complaint with http://donotcall.gov and advise everyone else to do the same- Caller: Unknown
- DavdBeing polite didn't work...I'm still getting calls from them. Can't anyone do something about this problem??

- AnonAnyone receiving calls from this number should submit a complaint to the FTC Bureau of Complaints using the online form which is: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/
Do not use the National Do Not Call Registry because this call originates from outside the US even though the number has a (509) area code. Its a virtual number. - donbecai get calls from a number of these "companies". i figure if they can waste my time, im gonna waste theirs! i'll get them talkin about their prod's and then ask if they have anythingh to cure the smell on my fingers from scratchin my itchy 'roids. had one guy laugh and i got cross and told him its not funny, makes my sandwiches taste crappy..... no sense of humor. ill keep them on the line as long as i can. ill beg for samples, tell em my wifes out of town and needin viagra for my sis in law... anything will do, just keep em on line . had onr guy on phone for over 1/2 hr!!!! he finally hung up on me!!!!
- MyronI have also been receiving calls from this number at least five times each day. When I ask to be removed or get mad they just hang up on me and then continue to call every day. I have now taken a different approach each time they call now. I keep them on the phone for long periods of time (the longest was 20 minutes) and I waste their time telling them Id like to buy large quantities of pills (more than what they are trying to get you to buy). I told them last I wanted 5,000 pills so I can re sell them. Each time I now change my voice and sometimes put them on hold and tell them I'm going to get a credit card. They will stay on hold for a long period of time when they think they are getting a sale and then they get pissed off when I get back on the phone ans ask more questions (i.e. what does the pill's do, etc). They end up getting annoyed then they hang up. I figure rather than get irritated that they keep calling relentlessly, why not get some satisfaction and become extremely annoying to them and waste their time. After doing this around seven times with different people that called, they finally removed my name from their database. Talk about the feeling of immense satisfaction. I recommend everyone try this approach because it will work after a few solid encounters.
- asusiegirlIt's funny to read everyone's comments but how do I get these calls to stop? The last guy who called asked me if I knew who he was? I told him I did not care if he was a rock star, he was NEVER to call me again.

- TraceyI received 2 calls back to back on my cell from this number at 9:05pm.. If its a creditor can they actually call people that late ?
- barry solomonI have received about 20 calls. Told them numerous times to stop. And will never buy mediication from them. They just keep calling.
- JimmyThis scum has been calling me all day as well. I asked them to stop and the guy told me he was going to call and call and call. I said "That's it, I am calling the FTC"which I did. I filed a claim over the phone. I also told the FTC that my number is on the do not call list. That seems to have some weight. Then I got a letter from the FTC thanking me for reporting the problem, but they cannot go after individual complaints. I found this forum, called the FTC back and told them that there are people all over the country that are being harrassed. "Why can't ya'll do something". Donna at the FTC said it takes time. Ok, what to do now?
I have been doing something that is making me feel better and want to pass it along to others. 1st, you have to have caller ID. If you do not answer when they call, then my phone lines makes me think there is a message, which there is not. Can't do anything about that, but if you are home when they call, answer the call and then just hang up. Don't talk to them, they won't listen to anything you have to say. JUST DON'T TALK TO THEM. I FEEL BETTER ALREADY. Next, call and/or write the FTC, sooner or later something will get done.- Caller: Washington
- kooshI heard that they buy a MagicJack and call from an assigned number that can be anywhere in the mainland USA. They're hard to track. Best bet is to pick up phone, but be silent till they hang up. That may get them to cross off your number. MAYBE.

- ronCalled and wanted to sell viagra. I asked if he ever used it. He said. No. I said well go take 3 n go [***] yourself. And I hung up never called since. Must like a dick. In his ass. Explains why so hard to understand them¥ now
- anonthey call me at least 5 times a day for the last month. Nothing I say to them stops them from calling me. I finally called my cell phone provider (at&T) in an attempt to block this number. They told me that my phone had a "call reject" feature on it- just program in the number and when they call it will automatically get rejected. This has worked for the past few days. I suggest you check if your cell phone has this feature. If they call from a different number, I will just block that one too (if they call from "unavailable number" though this feature won't work.)

- christhey cussed at me , and would not remove my name from calling list. Now they call and play music and harrass me about once an hour.

- Telemarketer's NightmareFreign interest, keep them on the phone as long as possible. "Hold on, just a second". Put phone down, come back in 10 seconds. "Sorry, where were we?". Rinse and repeat. Add time each "hold for a second". Finally, put the phone down and don't pick it up.
Or answer the phone "Martinsburg [etc] police non-emergency number, how may I help?"
I sure wish we could just kill these mutherblankers.- Caller: Didn't answer
- searcher5As soon as you answer the call, do not speak, start running your finger around the keypad, sending number tones. Autodialers pick this up as a machine, and at some point remove your number from their calling bank. Sometimes it takes awhile to get removed, depends on the autodialer. AT&T told me this years ago. Works pretty well, but it may not work with every autodialer. Try it and see.
- LisaThey have been calling almost 10 times a day...they keep asking for my husband and this # is a cell phone # and not his phone. I really want to know what they are calling for. What scam are they trying to pull
