I just want to know who owns the phone number 509-955-0293. I have gotten several calls from that number; no one leaves a message. Is it a scam? Is it a marketing call?

Calls at least once every day. Rings once or twice before stopping Caller ID claims Heifer International. No one is ever there. No message ever left.

CID shows this as "Charity Call" on my phone. Man on the other end hung up on himself before he even said what he wanted. My phone shows they've called before and have never left a message.

Call back gets, "Hello, you have reached MDF Communications. We are a fundraising center for nationally recognized charities, non-profit organizations and political committees."  It goes on to discuss their exemptions from the DNC list but does give you the option of being placed on the internal DNC list by pressing 2.
