Receiving numerous harassing phone call from this number.  Calls made all hours. Have asked to be taken off call list and was told that the calls would become more frequent.

News Flash Red - this is WASHINGTON THE STATE - Not Washington DC.

As for your being on a no-call list - YOUR phone company figured out how to get around that so they can sell time to
these scammers.   They sell lists of numbers - including yours and mine to the " CALL CENTERS" who are not interested in selling you anything.   So because they are not selling you anything - they are not violating the no-call list which says they can not call to sell you anything unless you are doing business with them already.

Then the "CALL CENTER" passes you over to the sales agent when you answer.   Often the call gets dropped because the agent is busy - and you get a blank line that disconnects.

What YOUR phone company figured out is that since the seller did not actually call you, but mearly picked up a line transfered to him/her by the Call Center, they are not breaking the law.   And since the call center is mearly transfering
people who pick up the phone to another number - they aren't breaking the law either.   Sweet.  And you phone company just rakes in the dough from selling number lists and air time for the call centers.

Until Congress changes the wording of the law - they will keep this crap up.   And those bozo's can't even agree on names for Post Offices, let alone something that matters.

This number has been calling my cell the past week.  I don't answer numbers I don't know because of the scam calls.  They can leave a message and I'll call back if it's someone I know.
I appreciate when people note on these sites about these numbers, saves me a lot of worry of missing something important from a long distance friend or family member.  So I will try to always do the same.

Incoming call from this number at 4:48 p.m.  Caller ID displayed "Washington" as well as the phone number.  I did not answer.  Searched the number & found numerous complaints as various sites.   I registered on the Federal and Pennsylvania "do not call" lists a good number of years ago.  Frustrated with the number of scam calls that I've been getting the past two months.

This phone number 509-982-4532 has been calling my cell phone and says unknown!

Called my cell several times - life alert. I am 25 and my husband is 26 - life alert - get real! When I told them we were in our 20's they claimed they knew there was old people there that needed it and threatened to keep calling until they put them on the line.

I have received many calls from this phone number but I do not understand why, no one speaks on the other line and it just wastes my time. Please figure out what is going on and why this phone number is calling me and then get back to me. Thanks.
