This is a scam! I received  a text message from this number saying that I was enrolled in the PG&E CARE program. Not enrolled in that program.

BEWARE!  Received text about CARE program renewal. They've gone to great lengths to seem legitimate. Read very carefully; their English is incorrect. They give no link to PG&E's real CARE program. Tho they got my name, mobile # and home address somehow

Scam about Care program with PG&E. They said they were a third party company

Just got a call from this number with no message left. Checking here I see it is quite possibly a scam so I will block it.

Got multiple calls this morning one from this number, left empty voicemails and then a text saying her name is Ruby and she's with the PG&E energy saving program. Does not seem legit.

I am enrolled in the CARE program so these scammers almost fooled me. But then I found out that PG&E will never call you regarding CARE re-enrollment or your application or documents submission. They communicate via mail or email.

received a call from this number claiming to be a PG&E third party admin support of CARE program. They do know my CARE enrollment info (enrollment date and validity) so that almost fooled me.  They said my enrollment forms need signature and wanted to schedule a time for me to do this over Docusign.  I called PG&E CARE directly and they said no action is expected from me, so this appears to be a scam
