Got a call from this number on 5-23-14 at 6:30 PM but they did not leave a message. I've gotten them before and like others,  when I call back it's a Magic Jack customer who is not available.  These robo-calls and telemarketers are worse than ever. The no-call list means absolutely NOTHING to them since no one is ever prosecuted. One pesty, obnoxious telemarketer had the nerve to tell me than no one pays any attention to that law so I had better get used to him calling my home as much as he likes! Something has got to be done about these [***].

Got a call from this number and asking if i can volunteer on weekend event for some correctional thing. When i said o cannot do it they said  i  can send someone in my behalf. And when i told him i need to asked my husband first he hang up. Name of the person on my caller id is mark bausch 5105458047.

A person called and said they were from the Alameda Police.  I replied I was on the phone so they hung up fast.

Mark Bausch 510-545-8047 Get this guys name and number on my caller id almost on a daily basis.  Don't care to answer an unrecognized name. He never leaves a msg on the vm, he better learn to because I'll never pick up his call.

The caller id comes up as Mark Bausch 510 545 8047. The person on the other side of the phone identifies themselves as Bruce Mc.......... with Alameda County Sherrifs Association. This was a similar number for someone claiming to be from the Police Action League. I would take this a phishing scam as the local cops say they never call representing PAL or soliciting for money.

This caller has been persistent. I have never answered when this caller rings since I have caller ID. They call at least once a day. No call list does no good since I have registered.  Hoping they will get frustrated when no one answers their call and will stop

Have been getting calls everyday from this number , today actually is was kind weird a the message left on the  answering machine was nothing more than a very wicked laugh, it scared  my daughter, he needs to be stop! On my caller Id shows Oakland Ca I called back but I was not able to leave message mail box full, got this recording " magic jack costumer" is not available.

Calls all times of the day are very annoying and unwelcomed. Male Voice message only contains phone number.  Do not answer calls from this number.

this number always calling me..

This guy keeps calling every few days and left voicemail asking me to call him back. Don't know what he wants and why he calls but very annoying.

The caller id 510-545-8047 (or showing as 51510-545-8047 showing in recent days) made phone call almost every day around 6:00pm PST. Since the phone is in my auto reject list, it always left robot voice mail (without saying anything real but last 7-digit numbers). The first time I received this time in January, the guy posed as a cop and wanted donation. This smack and the caller need to take down.

i got a call from this number today, I did not answer.He seems to call a lot .The name on the caller I D said Mark Bausch.

Person said they were from a non-profit representing the Oakland Police Dept. I said I did not wish to donate and requested THREE times to take me off their call list. He talked over me and became aggressive. I politely said "have a good evening" and "goodbye" all the while he was berating me for not wanting to donate money. It was very odd (and disconcerting) as he did not honor my request and kept soliciting me in an aggressive manner.

Same as the others, this person was calling my son in the evening.  Maybe a leak from some snot nosed kid-run gaming companies that leak their confidential information.  Who would support my crowdfunding effort to pursue whoever is making these calls with all legal mean available.  I would file public nuisance lawsuits, determine who is actually making the call, organize protests at their personal property, determine and publish the names and contact numbers of their employers and sponsors, and generally make them regret for a considerable time to come (until funding dries up) ever darkening our digital doorsteps.  I have the ability to be the [***] from hell you always wanted to be (to these people), but just curious how many would pay me to do this.

I got phone call from this number on 9:00pm said from Alameda police department. The guy act like cop using the way that very pushing to ask donate. Don't pick up the phone from this fxxking number. Better block it now! Hey, Alameda police department, if you guys really hire these companies to asking donation. You guys better think again. This kind of the pushing call just make people angry and destroy you guys public image which is not so good already.

No message, I answered, and they hung up.
