Called at 4:20pm today. Almost didn't answer because I've never heard of a number starting with 000. I picked up and within 3 seconds it hung up.

received a call also I cursed them out then hung up

Even if you are on NDC list you still have to go to their site and file a complaint giving as much detail as possable

Same problem. Thought it was weird so called back and reply was that number or code you dialed is incorrect please check the number...... etc. Also on do not call list

Annoying call that hangs up and doesn't leave a VM.

I got a call from this number and when I pressed 9 to be sent to a live person I told them I was on the national do not call list and please remove my number. The man told me to go f-myself. I said excuse me. He said you heard me honey get down on your knees and give me a b-job. I hung up....don't answer this number....let it go...I have reported this to the national do not call list ....

Tried to call back got nothing.  I am on the national do not call register.  How did they get my number?
Off course they left no message. Do not answer if they call

Same thing just happened to me! I pressed 9 to speak to someone and when the guy answered I told him I don't have a credit card please remove me from the list and he said "if you get down on your knees and give me a [***] I will give you a credit card." I said huh? And he repeated himself twice. I gave the phone to my boyfriend and the guy hung up.

Just got a call from these ballsacks. No answer.

Got the call from this number.  Same deal as above post, Male was calling claiming to be from "account services" to lower my interest rates.  He could not verify what types of cards I had, yet some how he knew I had been making all my payments on time. I told him that I did not have any cards, he claimed his system showed I did, then asked debit card, gas card, store card, anything?  I said nope.  He then threatened to cancel my accounts since I was claiming they weren't mine.  

Anyways long story short....  THIS IS A SCAM...  If you want to answer don't give him ANY real information, do so ONLY with the intent of messing with the caller...  remember if he's on the phone with you, he's not scamming someone else.  If you have the time and you get the call, why not have some fun and give out some phony info.

I have contacted the Federal Trade Commission, the Better Business Bureau, Mastercard, and Visa with a much more detailed transcript of the call and urge others to do the same.

I received a call from this number this afternoon, but didn't answer because it looked like a strange number. They didn't leave a message or call back. I'm just wondering...were any of you affected by the Target security breach? Could it be possible that these incidents are related?

New cell phone scams call from strange numbers, mostly territories of the US and install malware when a 'cell' user calls the number back, so BEWARE and do NOT call back on a cell phone.

They call from outside the US....so they don't care about a national do not call list...The reason it looks like they have a US number is because they use a VOIP provider that then connects to a random US call center to relay the call to your cell phone.

got a call from this number....... annoying.......... will not answer if I don't know the number. If important enough, they will leave message.

I just got a call from this number. I was expecting a call and almost answered. A couple of days ago on my local news they said that these types of numbers were used as scams to charge 20 dollars on your bill.So if you've answered these calls please check your next bill statement.

I answered the call and got a notice that I could lower my interest rate on my card,  but the offer was about to expire.   Well,  I don't have a credit card so i answered to see what was going on.   The man who answered said that since i had been making all payments on time,  to a card u don't have,  my interest rate could be reduced.  I then asked him what type of card it was and he listed it was either a discover, visa,  or MasterCard,  very general.   I then asked him what name it was under since I don't have a credit card, after which he hung up. I called the number back,  got a message that the number was restricted and to ask customer service for more help,  but gave no number for said customer service.

Just got a call from this number and the guy said he'd blow me if I got one of their credit cards. Well, I took him up on his offer and I must say, the guy gives an amazing [***]. Swallows too.

Just got a call from this number...didn't answer.  What happened to the 'do not call" list that my phone # is registered too?  Th
