Ya, samething going on over here. The arabian guy calls and has ALL my info. Says I didnt pay for a payday loan that I took out over the internet. I never took anything out over the internet. You can tell when you talk to him that he has no idea what he is doing. When you ask for paperwork they say they cant send them. When you ask for a supervisor his wife gets on the phone. They are both nasty and threatens you with court and everything else. What they dont know is Im a bail enforcement agent and can also do skip tracing :) I know where the calls come from and who the number belongs to. The information I have was sent to the Denver field office for the FBI since the number is a landline number and comes from Elgin, TX. I suggest and the field officer I talked to, is to pull your credit report and make sure there is nothing on there that shouldnt and to file a complaint with the FBI. The web address is as follows.

Same Indian accented guy has called me for several weeks about a friend of mine. Finally called Verizon today and had my # changed, I didn't know what else to do!!!

All the weird numbers that they are calling you from is skype! lol!!! I have skype so i can call to canada and when i call other numbers, it displays funky numbers like that on the caller i.d. They probably figured everyone is blocking all the other numbers they call from so now they call using internet phones and the skype lines. Hope this helps.

Affidavit Processing Service has contacted me and my sister stating that they are filing against my social security number and before I get in big trouble I need to call them.  The number they leave is 512-229-0184.  I have never heard of this company and the man's heavy accent makes him hard to understand.  The number they leave is in Texas but the caller ID identifies the incoming call as international.

Started getting these calls in Feb, after 3 days of threatening me and my family they stopped...
Now they are calling me at work, and the dude's name is "Mac Hollis"...
Caller ID shows +052556790, International lookup comes back with an invalid number.
He finally left a message on my cell, and gave the callback number of 512-229-0184.
Says he is with APS and recites the last 4 digits of my Social Security number...  tells me I have to "Call immediately or bad things will happen to you".
Reported to our internal security at work, and to the local police and FBI...

this number has been harassing me at work and on my personal cell phone what can i do to get them to stop? I got in trouble at work and I need them to stop.

Someone named Brian has started call my references and leaving threatening messages.  He has a heavy accent.  I dont answer the phone when the number calls me and I return his calls when he leaves a mesage for me at my job.

Kept receiving calls from the 512-229-0184, saying I owed for a on-line cash advance loan, which I never go, after pressuring the caller for more information, she said" just pay it or we will take you to court".  I informed her that I do not pay things I do not owe and she hung up on me.
These people are scam artists trying to get your information, DO NOT GIVE IT TO THEM.  The woman's name was Kim Brooks, she had a very heavy accent, and was very rude.  She said she was calling for CASH ADVANCE USA.

i have had the same thing happen too me which they said they will fax over sum paper work to my email and i still havent recieve anything i have talkd too many people from there number and they all are very rude first they told that the police was [***] too get me soo i kall me local police department and ask trhem if i had any warrent for my arrest and they told me noo then they started kalln my mom one person said i owe $598 then the next person says i owe $298 i made the mistake and gave them my card number....silly me

me too. same scenario. these guys are a scam artist. I have people looking into this legally, they have broke the law many times over. beware. i will give any info i find. all have arabian accents but all american names. I will keep in touch.

This guy called me today.  Same scenario.  The 2nd time he called I recorded it.  I will record him everytime and forward to the FBI.  Everything he does is shady!

OMGosh! The guy who called me is named "Brian Wartz" and he told me that if I didn't relay his message to my fiance, that I would be liable for his charges. He also wanted information regarding my fiance's SSN. I told my fiance some guy was calling me, and when my fiance got on the phone, an Indian lady, spposedly his supervisor, got on the phone and started repeating that they dont have my fiance's right ssn. Being confused, and denying everything, there was a mistake with one of the numbers on his SSN. After he told her off and said he never purchased a payday loan, she told him to handle it in court and she hung up the phone! I was livid. He did make a mistake and gave her his correct SSN, and I do remember he attempted to apply for those loans, but it was never processed, and he never finished the form (I remember because I was with him when he attempted to fill the app at the time). Even more, there was never any $300 that was ever deposited into any of these accounts. I called the lady back and asked her what the problem was because we have documentation that nothing was ever deposited into his account. She hung up the phone in my face, and I called about 30 times after that. I am beyond livid! She called me, I guess as a reference, on Father's Day, at work, repeatedly. Only thing I am worried about is that they now have his correct SSN, and I don't want it recorded on his Credit report. Has the website link you provided been helpful to you?

I'm currently receiving call from "APS" and someone named Brian Lincoln keeps leaving messages stating there is a legal matter against my social security number. Now they are calling my sister,girlfriend and nephew. The number they are calling from is 105-249-7347. Their call back number is 813-756-4724. DONT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION !!!!! REPORT IT TO YOUR LOCAL POLICE,FBI AND CHECK YOUR CREDIT REPORT ASAP !!!!

This is so frustrating,
  These people call from all sorts of numbers with an heavy foreign accent. They even have my SSN. I notified the local Police department which I have an Police report on them, and I also informed the SSN department, credit bureau and Federal Trade Commission. Funny thing is they can’t even give me proper information or the company I owe, which I don’t owe no company. When I ask him to provide me with more information he refuses, or even when I ask what company, and when did I receive this loan.  This man even stated that he’s the “President” and he will stop calling if I gave him $100 dollars. When I reported this to Federal Trade Commission, the lady reported that there’s a spam going around with an a male with an foreign accent that claims that he is collecting money from the payday loans. Guys, the more we complaining, these people will be found and be put away! People like this are asking for trouble and their going to fine it! So let’s put them away.
