This call happens 3 to 4 times a day on our business line and needs to be stopped. They show up on the caller ID as Gila Corp.

If this place was legitimate, they would have a live person giving you information pertinent to the business they want with you. They probably have been calling us close to a year. Now, they call twice right in a row, so there are 2 voice mails. This is not the work of a reputable business. Sorry.

They had the wrong guy with me. She asked if my last 4 of my social was 0771 and i told her no and she said she will take my number off the list.......We'll see if she told the truth

I got a new cell phone number. Started getting calls from Municipal Services three times a day and they left voice messages, too. It was driving me crazy, so I called them.  They were trying to contact the person who had the number before me.  They took me off the list.  It's okay to talk to them. Not a scam.

Who are these people that keep calls me. They what me to call some # on a important matter. I am on the due not call list.

They are fraudulent thieves, stop giving them your money!  It won't count towards your court costs and you will get a warrant because they are not part of the court system, they are phishing.  And you took the bait.

These 512 area code numbers have plagued me for 3 years now. Calls non stop. Have reported them to FCC - doesn't matter still keep calling. I have had a complete background check...I have NO court matters. Furthermore, the calls are coming from TX. I have never been to TX, so pretty sure they have the wrong person. Doesn't matter though. They keep harrassing!

this poster is a liar who is obviously in on this telephone scam. On multiple websites questioning this shady number, the poster replies with this suspiciously detailed reply about how they are legit. I am under the belief that they are not legit for the following reasons

A. Today I received a phone call from them saying I owe for a ticket I never received in Adams County Texas. There is no such county as Adams County in Texas.

B. The man on the phone was very unprofessional and couldn't comprehend the logic I was using to speak to him with. He kept saying "huh?".

C. When I said I would deposit money in my bank tomorrow and pay the fine the following day his response was "o but is there any way u can pay it faster than thursday cuz theyll like issue a warrant for u."

Needless to say I wont be paying these guys any money and I would warn you to be weary before doing so as well.

This numbr calls me every few days and leaves a mssg saynig its a matter that needs resolving to call ASAP....NO company name or any other information.

Called me today and asked for a wrong name with my last name as the first name? if it was a legitimate governmental agency,they would know my name. They threatened to suspend my drivers license? The parking ticket is almost 11 years old. They never once said this is an attempt to collect a debt and any onformation will be used for that purpose. Must be a scam. She couldn't give me any details and I told her I was disputing it

on my caller ID:  Gila Corp. 512-498-1028.  Called about 3 times.  No message.  Today they left a message.  "This is not a solicitation.....blah blah blah.....call us immediately at 1-800-295-0851..blah blah blah..."  Now who the heck is us????
Did NOT call the 800 number.

This company calls me anywhere from every other day to once every 2-3 days its pretty random.
Today they called me and the male who was speaking was being very evasive and deceptive regarding
how I can contact them to not be contacted by them. They never stated the business's name when I asked them for their address I was told that he can offer me a P.O. Box number and when I refused to accept that information and pressed harder for their address the man claimed that they just moved their offices to this location "8325 Tuscany Way Austin Texas 78754.
When I did a simple Google search I found out that the address they provided was not complete nor did they reveal their company's name once again.
I asked a supervisor that I did not want to be contacted anymore that I refuse to pay on a 12 year old fine.
I was simply told that I have to submit my request in writing (kinda tough when they did not give me a business name or department on who I should send my request to let alone what suite the actual business is located at)
When speaking to the supervisor they refused to give any information as to whom I was speaking to only stated a first name and no operator ID number or extension number.
This company has violated at least 4 articles of the Fair Collections Act.
Next time they call I will be informing them as they informed me that I will be recording the phone call just to see how legitimate this so called collections agency is.

(On another note if this business is Gila LLC can they represent them self as Municipal Services? Sounds like they want to sound more official name so they can trick the consumer into thinking they are the original holder of the debt I.E Riverside County Court System in order to scare someone into paying.)

Their urgent sounding msg: "Someone in this household may have a municipal court matter..."

What a scam!  Think about it, if the government is really after you, they won't leave you a msg on your answering machine!  And imagine if they had sent you numerous documents via US mail first (as would be the legal way), & did actually resort to a phone call-that again they do not, they would use your name, not "someone..may"!!
They are trying to use words (i.e. municipal court) that scare you into answering-& who couldn't think of some time in their life that they could have possibly had a ticket, etc.  Remember, infractions are in public records, they'd just have to pull up a report.  Apparently they don't even do that though, they're just cold calling numbers, that's why their call is so generic.  They're simply preying on finding inexperienced persons to fall for the scam-& get some easy money!

Getting two calls a day from Gila Corp claiming to be Municipal Services Bureau. The call comes from the number 512-498-1028. Google shows them having an alternate number 512-474-4757. The girl who keeps leaving messages has a heavy British accent. She states the call is not a telemarketing call or a solicitation. She does not mention anything about an attempt to collect a debt. I believe, if they are a debt collector, they are required to state that the call is an attempt to collect a debt. This caller states the call is regarding an "urgent court matter" but does not specify what the matter entails. To my knowledge, I have no court matters whatsoever. I have received no letters or mailings from any court. I would think a court would use certified mail or courier to serve any urgent court matters, not a phone call.

Yesterday, I got two calls in the space of an hour from this number. Oh, the phone is ringing as I am typing this. Again, two calls in an hour. I am forwarding their calls to their alternate number, and forwarding calls from their alternate number to this number. Loop them back on themselves. Of course, they probably have agents reading these forums, so it's not likely they will be surprised.

Well, I can't loop them back on themselves as I had intended. My selective call forwarding service only gives me the option of designating one destination number to which calls coming from selected numbers can be forwarded. So, I just blocked all their numbers. I encourage everyone to do the same.

i am 16 years old and they are calling me with the "outstanding court case" thing
