I have been getting a phone call with a recorded message to call them regarding a court matter. I have no debts. First it was Gila Corp.,now another name and now it comes up unavailable on the caller ID. I have submitted it to donotcall.gov with no luck. I supposedly have that no. blocked on my phone but they get around that too. The man identifies himself as Nicholas Rodriquez and he says I need to call back right away as  I maybe involved in a court matter. I looked this company up on the internet and it is a scam with many complaints. I will take this to the AJ if necessary as now it is harassment. How I can stop this? This started on Jan.. 27th.

I get a call 3 times at least a day at my work. There is no vaild info they have to give it's a recording. I have called them numerous times to tell them to take our number off the list they ask for a case # I have explained I have no case. Lady says there is nothing she can do about it well hopefully someone can it gets really annoying all day everyday. How can we make it stop?

Call from 512-532-8633 saying he was Nicholas Rodriguez from some kind of Municipal Services  Bureau.  Wouldn't talk, said he would call back..   First of all I don't WANT him to call back, and secondly, my 'block' on my
phone would not allow me to block this call.  This guys needs to be stopped.  His number is 'invalid number', which is the FIRST clue it is NOT legit.  If it were any sort of legit, it would not be invalid number...

Constant calls day and night. I want them to stop .

These scam artist are the same people that refer you to 1 800 295 0851 in a attempt to collect a non existent debt.  Do not
answer them, just delete the message or call as soon as it appears on your phone.  This operation is out of New York, and if you should call back, please tell them you know they are con artist's and to kiss your ass!!

They have been calling us for over 7 years. We have no court date, tickets, etc. They are just stupid for NOT DOING THEIR HOMEWORK and chasing those they need to. They call several times a day, weekends & holidays. They don't understand what, "You have reached caller ID ....." means. DUH.

Repeated calls stating it's regarding a court matter. They're calling on Hawaiian number tired of the calls they call every day. I refuse to answer they leave messages.

Send them a certified receipt letter demanding they stop and they have to or else fines penalties. I have done it. Its worth the time and small fee

calls twice a day - every day - very annoying

Called about 4:35 PM.  Caller ID said "Unavailable".  Person started a big spiel about a court case and it was urgent that I call them back.  I hung up immediately.  Know that it is a scam..  What a pain in the tush!!!

I received the same call and just went back to my answering machine.  The call was from someone named Nicholas Rodriguez, and he said he was from someplace called Municipal Services Bureau.

When you get these calls -- Just push any button on your phone so it beeps and say "thank you for tracking the call officer" and hang up!

Calls come in to my phone, endless music plays, no one says anything. I hang up and try calling the displayed number from a different phone and I get the same result..... What's the point.... doesn't the phone company who provides this number bare any responseability ???

Am so tired calling me all the the and live a message says its important to call us back at 18002950851.. And I call back no body answer just a music
