I have asked for paper work to read. He says no, only from the Creditor. Who is the Creditor?
He would not release that information. He wanted a statement from me stating I did owe monies
and also a payment schedule.
I wasn't born just yesterday, pay monies first and receive paper work later, don't think so.
He threaten that police will come to my house, and place my in Jail for 3 days.

I got the same call on yesterday, the guy left me a message and Indian guy I think he left me a message and said he had my ss number and would send a team of investigators to my home, he called from 052540068.

I got the same call today. I let it go to voice mail and the guy who claimed to be rocky Miller or something (he was hard to understand) said that they would ban my SS # if I didn't get back to them because I would be considered a convicted criminal. What is this junk?

Same thing happened to me except I think his name is Mark Mcdonald now. I'm not even gonna call him back.

I received a call from a Kevin Charles yesterday.  He said this is my final warning and that I was a criminal in my state.  LOL!!  He also said that I should call him back to avoid investigators from coming to my home to take me to the police station.  As in some of the previous posts, I've also received calls from a James Brown, Alex Brown, and Mike Austin, but the numbers they used were all different.  PLEASE don't call these guys back, unless, of course, you want to give it right back to them and then maybe we can all find out if then squirm, too.  Good luck to you all, and have a great new year.

i also received a call from the same out of country number with foreign gentleman saying his name was mark mcdonnell telling me to call back the 512-729-0221 that my name had been reported for committing fraud and felony criminal activity in my state and he was going to notify the courthouse and have officers come to my home or place of work to take me into custody

I just got a call from Christopher Jones on my voicemail. He said he's calling me about a payday loan that I need to resolve. Total SCAM. I called and he answered with a different name, Jack. He threatened me with criminal charges and he's turning it over to the courts. Though he could not tell me which courts in which states. And he seemed to have no knowledge of payday loan laws in my state. Ridiculous and I stressed for no reason. People shouldn't be creating harm and stress in the world.

@ Cathy  you just got scammed! we receive these calls at my place of work and all my calls are being recorded and traced. I won't give my name however dear you got taken. They all want to reach a settlement before it goes to court. A john Williams called with 1013/DM/4086 identity number.

i believe that is true also because i've contacted Houston Police Department and the law firm plus gave them this web site...so they're on it!!! Trust their day will come.
