I received a call from Accu-file. they said they will deliver papers to home and office and will only try in two attempts and I can contact my attorney.  I called FTC at 877-382-4357 and gave them the phone number where it came from 512-792-4390 (Austin, TX) and the number for me to contact 855-676-3702. The FTC gave me a reference number.

I received an automated call saying a complaint had been filed against me, they would deliver this complaint, two attempts would be made.  I should talk to an attorney.  We are retired seniors and can't imagine what this could be about.

Since March, I have received calls on nearly a weekly basis from this number (512-792-4390). A woman named Barbara Johnson from the "private servicing division of Accufile". She says that I can reach the "client directly at 855-767-3702". Of course, I'll never call that number, but I never answer unidentified calls and like everyone else here have no reason to expect a "formal complaint". I've blocked the number after worrying about what it might be. I hope to find out who the hell this is and then sue their ignorant a**!

ALERT! this is a FRAUD phone number trying to get sensitive information. scary message left by "Barbara Johnson of AccuFile"  claiming they need private information in regards to a formal complaint. She claims that AccuFile will only make two attempts to contact me, but I have gotten this fraud call/voicemail at least twice every week for the past month.

Avoid this number at all costs. they are criminals trying to get your $$.

keep getting calls from this number for the wrong person

I got the same EXACT call this afternoon. I live in Tulsa, OK and have no idea who would have a reason to file a complaint against me from Austin, TX.
