This number called me saying "this is not a sales call, please call back regarding this urgent court matter"

They keep calling and harrassing me. They will send phising scam and adware tracking devices to your computer. Ever notice you just got done posting adds on a website and immediately they start calling and you run your Super Anti-Virus Software and for hours they are sending 1 or 3 or 5 adware tracking devices to your computer. It gets really slow or will not allow you to open up your hotmail you guessed right it's them. I'm filing a Civil suit against them for anything and everything mentioned above. I hope they get shut down.They work with government action agencies to oversee household income and advertising! They pissed because they can't [***] with me anymore nor track me. They can [***] off!

All I owe is medical bills don't get me wrong I owe a lot and I don't go unless something is broken bad, or some dumb [***] hits my car w/ out ins. and my uninsured moterest only covers like ten grand and when the bill comes back for six hundred thousand you are up a creek w/ out a paddle. I tried to make payment arrangements but they said what I could pay a month was not enough for them. so I guess I can't pay, you can try to squeeze blood from a turnip.

We are on the do not call list, this is a new phone # through Charter Cable.  I get calls every day
saying that "someone in this household may have a legal action against them" and to push ! to learn more
about it.  If there is legal action someone can come to my home and serve me, or at least mail
a notice to me.  How do I stop this.  I plan to report it to the Washington
State Attorney General's office.

These bottom feeders call me twice per day.  But, no biggie.  I have them blocked and my phone never rings.

well I came across this site because I was trying to find who this number (512.906.3892) belonged to and when I discovered it was a collection agency i was actually excited! I don't know about the rest of you but I like to think on the old saying when life gives you lemons make lemonade. so I fight fire with fire and I have been through two different case workers/operators because I annoy the hell out of them! each time I call with an entirely new story that is unrelated to the previous ones. now this doesn't make a whole lot of sense as I read the entries from others because the first time they called I told them they had the wrong number in a janky hard to make out accent and they removed me from the list. I know because I call them at least once every day to have a little fun and each time they said they were removing the number. well one day the operator said they couldn't find the case in question because the number was no longer in the computer so as easy as it sounds give it a try. also why not give pranking them a try. it sure does feel good!

Was getting calls several times a day, then for a month or two I thought that they had stopped...lol, of course not, now they call extra early in the morning (8:30ish) even on weekends.  I don't have any outstanding anything and neither does my husband.  I HATE THIS "COMPANY"

I have been receiving calls from this telephone number. It is really annoying and I want it to stop.

this company is calling a tracfone that I normally don't carry and don't turn on - so the phone is never on when they call. But now when I do have occasion to turn it on I've got a ton of messages from them -   I just tried calling them back directly but all I get is their number answers and goes right to music - don't feel like paying ten cents a minute to listen to their music.    

Not sure what state u are in but in some states such as CA you can send cease and desist letters to collection agencies as the law states the consumer has the right to work directly with the entity the debt originatated.  Check your states laws regarding debt collection agencies.  If they have similar laws ask gila corp for payment address (Dont Actually State You Want  To pay just ask for payment address) and send a letter to them with copies to the state attorney general and the entities you actually owe the money to.  Send it registered mail to gila requiring signature so u have proof.  If they continue to call after 30 days of signing the card then contact attorney general and file a complaint.

Keeps calling, when I contacted them they say they have no record of a call.

Please stop this solicitor from calling. I have blocked their number and they keep calling!!!!!! They are annoying and I am going to report them to my Attorney General's office.

The Gila corporation is a scam company of old debt collectors that have bought old debts from previous debt collectors
who have tried to collect on debts that have been timed out under state and federal laws.  They are also use 512 906 3892
numbers. These scam collection agencies attempt to scare people into settling old debts that are no longer collectable by
repeated phone calls and even using bottom feeder lawyers who send out official looking documents with superior court
headings.  These are totally phony documents and are against the law and these blood sucking lawyers know it but still do
it anyway.  When after years of trying to scare people into settling a reduced debt and failing they churn the debt (resell
the old debt) for pennies on the dollar to other scumbags who repeat the cycle. When these numbers call DON'T answer!
