Got several calls from this number 513-451-2518 and only after I cancelled the Mansfield News Journal due to the delivery person's inability to place the newspaper where a senior citizen can get to it.

Just received a call from this number.  The caller hesitated to speak (most scam calls seem to do this).  Male voice claimed to be from The Cincinnati Enquirer and said we were late on our payment and would we like to pay by credit card over the phone.  I knew this was not true, but I stated that we would never pay with our credit card over the phone and I hung up.  I called this number shortly after I hung up, they picked up the call but hesitated to answer.  ‘Busy’ people buzz was in the background, then a woman with a foreign accent answered “Gannett Incorporated”, someone will be with you shortly...  I hung up - I consider this to be a BS scam call.
Apparently the greedy/corrupted phone company sells this number over and over after it fails to work for the current scammer!

Got the same message as Bill but didn’t answer. Telephone not registered to Gannett or Cincinnati Enquire
