This person calls and doesn't say anything for at least 30 seconds and then a busy signal pops up.

They call at least twice per day.  I called them back this morning and they are conducting a charity clothing drive in my area and are trying to line up clothing pick-ups.  The woman who answered was very nice and she said they can reduce the number of calls they make if I request it.

Got a call from this number at 8:16 a.m. There is no excuse for calling that early.

They called this morning at 8:40 AM.  I let the answering machine get it.  They didn't leave a message.  I do not answer numbers that I do not know.

Two days in a row I got a call from this number. Both days it was 8:15 am. That is unacceptable. Caller id shows Merchandise E-Pickup.

I have gotten a call from this number everyday for about a week, a message is never left. I haven't answered because I don't answer calls that I don't know.
