cant see why I get this call

I can only assume that this is a scam call and text as I have only had Lucky Mobile in the past. If my info is correct, Bell now owns Lucky mobile. I was on a month to month contract with lucky and haven't renewed or paid the bill to resume my service as my account is / has been suspended for at least 2 weeks now. Nobody else is associated with my account (that I am aware of), so unless someone else paid the service and is now roaming in China without my knowledge, then this is definitely a scam. Will update shortly gonna give Bell a call and see what kinda answer they have for me .
