Not a wells fargo phone number

okay so this phone number called my phone today few times, and finally answered. gave my info and i noticed they were persistent with getting my SSN or account number. i called back and they transferred me to a supervisor which said it was a phone that was not longer in service... so things got weird. i work for wells fargo so i called my department and requested to speak to this over draft protection department, they transferred to them and the opening was the same "SSN or account number" i asked about the names of the people that worked there and supervisor's name and they confirmed all of them. it is not a scam, the call center is located in Oregon but they have a dialer through Iowa to make outbound calls. it is not a scam but it does sound like its.

this Number keep calling and I don't know this people, can you please stop this call thank.

SCAMMERS. Do not give personal info. The caller said they were calling from the "overdraft" Department. My account is not overdrafted! !!

My phone didn't ring I just all of a sudden had a voicemail it said my name and when I was on the phone press 1 if not me press 7.. and then it said we will call back later I got the header info with the phone # . The # that called was 515-221-4958.. but nothing on my caller ID cause my phone didn't ring. I guess they don't want to talk to me that bad.

Received calls at weird hours. Suspected scam and came here to check. Never give any information to that kind of things.

Not a scam. Called, it is overdraft depth for wells fargo. They do ask for account or ss number, however, told them I was not comfortable giving it out on phone. They pulled up my account by phone number and only asked when I would be making deposits to cover overdraft.

keep getting a call from  this number 3 or more times a day comes up as well fargo

This number calls and fills up my voicemail every day. They never leave a message or name. It's ridiculous. I answered twice and no one was there.  It is very irritating and it honestly freaks me out and scares me.

Just received a call - they left no message - called the number back and you do not hear the Wells Fargo tone that you would normally hear when you call the "real" Wells Fargo.  A guy ask for your account number and SSN#.  I told him you should already have that.  He said he needs to access my account.  I hung up and call 1-888-293-7475 the Fraud department at Wells Fargo who stated that this number does not belong to Wells Fargo and could possibly be a scam.   Please do not provide any information to these people.

Called 4 nights in a row around same time each night.  I refuse to answer.

Don't even have a Wells Fargo Account and they called me... this is SPAM
