I think the phone companies, once a complaint has been filed, that they need to be held responsible for any complaint made to them that they do not follow-up on after about the 2nd call of complaint.

I got a call from Tamari Roy;  he will not a message on the answering service though.

I did a free reverse search on the number and this is what showed.  The carrier is Cablevision Lightpath, Inc.  The phone company is RNK, Inc. It appears to be a VOIP telephone possibly using a service offered by RNK called "MyTempNumber" which disguises the real reciptient's number.   Do a search on the two company's mentioned and I suggest we then deludge them with email complaints.  Seems to me that they are at least partly responsible for monitoring their own customers.

If you are with Verizon, they will block five free numbers. Other than that, they are useless.  I recently answer a call and told them my name was Phillip Fuckyou,...then asked them to get a pencil and paper and spelled it out.

These dudes are scammers, I applied for a LOAN not CAR LOAN 2 weeks ago and today i receive a call from this guy telling me i got approved for $5000 then he calls me by my name (which made it sounds more legit) and read the TOS to me and hung up rightaway... As soon as i call rightback BLOCK he calls me by my name. so im like WTF how did he know it was me when im calling from a diff phone blocked? THEYRE SCAMMERS and they steal identities not only that but these cheap [***] use GOOGLE VOICE to make their fake company look/sound more legit! DONT FALL FOR IT!
IDK How they got my information, i make sure every site i go to is Secured and has HTTPS this is some bullsht...

Get a call fromm this number all day long every day. No one ever say anything. They just sit there on the other end breathing. Think I will change my number.

I work from home and today have been repeatedly bothered with calls (at least 30 of them) coming from 516-300-1355 (Roy Tamari).  No voice mails were being left.  

When one of the calls came through while I was not on the phone for a business call, I picked up the phone and a male voice, one who could hardly speak English, told me that I had been approved for my auto loan.   I told him that I had not applied for any auto loan or any other type of loan for that matter.  He said, "yes you did over the internet".  I told him that he was mistaken, not call me again and I hung up.  

The calls continue . . .

I applied on-line car loan and rec'd a call from 5163001355 the next day stating that I was approve but she had confirm my application.   She ask to confirm my address, name and income amount.  At this point I was not willing to give additional information on the phone.  I hung up.   I called the number back and a man answer the phone...Auto Loan and I told him I no longer need a loan.

Get this freak to stop phoning me every 30 seconds.

Called me at 10pm and when I told them they woke me (really didn't) they said I was approved for an auto loan. I told them that calling a cell is illegal and calling at this hour is wrong. I said that I will pursue legal action if they don't take my name off of their list (actually said friggin list) they said "Go ahead ma'am with your legal action" and then hung up. Thick accent.

I receive 2 or 3 calls a day from this number annoying

Stop wasting your time. The only way you're gonna put these idiots is if you follow my detailed instructions. Just call the Federal Trade Commission @1-877-382-4357 and give them all of the information about the call (ie. the accent used by the caller, the phone number, details about conversation, any kind of background noise, etc.) They'll in turn give you a Case Reference# that you can use the next time that number calls you. If they threaten you in any way you will be instructed by the F.T.C. to contact your local Police Dept. to file Phone Harassment charges. I video taped my conversations and made a copy for the Police Detective. This will help your case more than you can imagine. Then just sit back and enjoy life while the Police Dept. and F.T.C. take over and bring those idiots to Justice.

12 times! This person has called me thus far 12 times today!

This [***] calls me and tells me I am under arrest for not paying and wants to verify my info.  I called him a [***] [***].

Just got a call from this dude telling me I was approved for a car loan and he asked me what I need 2000, 4000, 5000, 6000 or 7000 I and told him i didnt apply for a car loan and im not looking to buy a car. and after I said that he hung up on me. I called back and a prerecorded message was like hello a few times and the same guy answered the phone and I asked who I was speaking to and hung up on me. And to top all of this off I receved the call at midnight. WTF!!! reported it to the FCC

My phone number is 608 797 5039 STOP CALLING ME!

I just got a call from this number on my cell phone.  When I asked how they got my cell phone number they hung up.  I then called the number back from my home phone (I have caller ID) and.  I inquired how he got my number and he hung up.  I once again called back to inquire how he got my cell phone number.  He kept telling me to go on line.   This is a scam that is calling cell phone numbers.

I repeatedly get calls to my cell from this number. I know it's a scam and have seen the posts on the net about it. how do I get them to stop?

They call numerous times but never leave a message even in the early morning hours!!!!!!!
