this people call me at 3:51 a.m. , i am sick and i need sleep.... they need stop....

I have been getting calls from this nuber for months at all hours. Just out of curiosity, what is your phone provider? I recently switched, and have not given my phone number to anyone. The only people who have this number are close relatives and the phone company. If it is one of those random dialers, the company should know that is now illegal.

called broadview + finally got a supervisor. i told her that my 93yo father was recieving fax calls at all hrs and she said she would contact the company and ask that they stop. we'll see.

I was called and am going to take action against the individuals who are using a service (my phone) that I pay for to harass me. I'm in a profession that requires a rested individual. Lives can be lost if I make a mistake. I will post the information to pursue action in the next week. With a large number of individuals that have been similarly subjected to the same illegal treatment, we can not only put this company out of business, but make an example out of them for others that are doing the same thing.

It is our phones, WE pay for it for our use--not their abuse.

This is a fax spammer.  It came in on my fax line, which shows caller ID.  In this case, it was a junk fax from yellowpage-california.com. Their fax number (on the solicitation) is 866 600-5052, and their website is yellowpublishing.com.  This is a completely illegal junk fax.

got the call at 9:00 CET in Germany. How foolish are these [***]? Will block this number !

Got a fax call today here in Switzerland. Fortunately, I block unknown numbers by letting through calls/faxes only if they are on a white-list.

Omg I get This number all the time. . And there are a few numbers that they are linked too.. I reported it to the F.B.I and F.C.C. I called a Lawyer and i am going to file a lawsuit against them. This is Really Distubing.   Grievence.. legal department. Broadwing Communications

its a clients number and not the company number. They provide phone numbers to the clients and apparently he is abusing it. Good luck hope this Helps

Multiple calls from a fax- comes up as garden City New york- all times of the day and night...

I was having the same problem. This # , (516) 417-5935 , has been calling me at all hours for months now. I finally tracked down the company and found out that you need to send an email to abuse@level3.com. Ask them to contact the owner of that phone # to stop the nusance/illegal faxing calls. We have not had a single call from them since I reported the problem to this email address. Hope this helps.

getting calls from this number   it sounds like a fax machine  would be good if they would take my number off their list of fax since I do not have a fax machince and since I don't want to receive calls from who ever it is   thanks

I have been recieving calls like all the above for the past year. It sounds like a fax machine but yet it dosen't, strange.  It comes in spurts, meaning the calls start, continue for a few months at all hours of the day & night, then stops for a few months. Only difference is the number is comes up on my caller ID Blocked, Private or Unknown, until today 3/21/2013!
I recieved 1 earlier this morning, came up Private & I just recieved another about 6pm ET...I was thrilled that the most recent call actually showed a phone # on my caller ID!!!
I did a seach & the search brought me to this website. It is the # all of you have been getting calls from. I just wanted to thank you for pointing me in the right direction.
I am disabled & these calls are driving me nuts! I have had several spinal surgeries, my neck & back were broken in a car accident. I need my rest!!! I hope it stops after following the advise from this site....Thanks again!

Send a fax back to 1-877-652-1605 from your local Staples.  The fax says "This is not a bill" but wants to charge you $1099 per year for a business listing to nowhere.  It is a fax soliciting directory listing in some unknown and unrecognizable "yellow pages".
