Caller just held on.  No talking!  Dead silence!  Very bad judgement!

I am on the Do Not Call Registry and do not appreciate these calls.  I get a different call from a different part of the Eastern United States on a daily basis.  If we are on the Do Not Call Registry, what is a person to do to stop these calls?
