Had someone call me from this number saying there are from the US Treasury office saying I am running late on my taxes and I could appear in front of a judge if I don't contact them back for a criminal and federal defense, Also it sounded like a call center when I called back they didn't know my name or any information and hung up on me as well. I really believe this is a scam because if It was the IRS they would have sent me something in the mail not contacted me by phone.

This is a scam company calling to say they are from the US Treasury.   This is obviously a scam because they would send a letter and I doubt we are important enough to be put in front of a majestry for something so trivial.
