    2:55 pm 27 Sept 2014, received a call from 519-682-9090 with recorded message about a final offer to lower my credit card rate to 6.9%.  Pressed one to speak to the 'live operator" and asked the man what company was calling.  He replied Mastercard and I said no, what company does he represent, to which he responded he represents over 65000 companies.  I then asked him of the name of the company he was working for and he stated, "Credit Card Services".  I asked for the mailing address of the company and he asked if I had a pen to write it down and when I replied, "Yes", he disconnected the call.  I am on the DNCL and have blocked this number but of course they will just spoof another.
