calls cinnabon business line several times daily, won't talk and ties up the phone and fax. How can this be stopped?

i just got a call from this number too. at 9:28pm.  i called it back after reading some of these postings, the time was 9:43...i got the number is not in service, so they must be hijacking a number and routing their calls through it.

They called this evening and stated I had won and trip...I laughed and sure enough they wanted a credit card number to cover a one time fee of $500. I asked her to read my visa number to me first and of course she wouldn't she wanted me to read it to her and verify she had the right information. Thank god I was smart enough to realize this was not right. BE AWARE!!!

When the National do not call agency receive enough complaints something will be done eventually so don't hesitate to report it.

I've been getting these calls too. This is so annoying- has anyone been able to get rid of them?

They called me and were a "security company." I just hung up because, frauds want you to say that you don't have a system, because then they can come rob you.

I don't know how but some collection agency on behalf of rogers is calling.
I think the company is from the Mississauga area, and they must have this number some how plugged in to show on call display so you won't "ignore" the call... and yes I owe rogers money...
If you get called fropm this number, best guess is you owe rogers.

Rec'd call from 519-858-1931 at 11.12 a.m.  Feb 4, 2010.... Several seconds of dead air, then dial tone.  When I called back was told number was not in service.  Apparently the trash has started again .  I intend to block the caller.

Number says not in service. Local call from London, ON.

Will see if I can find National Do Not Call list or somewhere else to enter it.

Now this number is being used by a "TIMESHARE RESELLER" from NY. Very ignorant bunch, who call a few times a day!

It could be a container phone number for services such as Magic Jack or long distance [***]!

This number called my parents place and asked for me under my maiden name, I wasn't home and my parents answered they told them to call back in half an hour, when I got home I was curious so I called it back and it said the number was no longer in service, I googled the number seen it here and reported it to London Police, they advised to not give any personal information and to ignore the call completely

I've gotten a call everyday for the past 4 days. Nobody is there when I answer and then when I try to call the number back it says it's not in service. I looked it up on Canada 411 and it says the number belongs to "Atkinson A" at 730 Oxford St. E London, ON N5Y 3J6

this number 519 858 1931 calls all the time saying they are a mobile phone company working on behalf of bell canada.i string them along  an then hang up.bunch of phucking crooks

I just got a call from this number and the chap said he was with Windows and they got a report that my computer had downloaded some "bad things".  If I would turn on my computer he would tell me what was wrong.  Immediately I realized that he wanted to get into my computer with my permission and of course then would take what information he wanted.  It was a "boiler room" with many other voices in the background.  I just said no thanks and hung up.

this number has also called my house a couple of times asking if i was using microsoft and saying he wanted to clean my software. First of all he asked for me by my roomates name and asked me if i was married. when i said no he didn't believe me. i told him that my roomate didn't have a computer only I did and he also told me that i was lying and that my "roomate" was my husband!!!!

Got a call from them today. Al lady would like to do a consumer study at "my area".
When I asked here where she is located right now she told me she is in Mainla.
So I told her she should do consumer studies in Manila and not in Canada.
Than I did hang up.
