call the police and have them trace it

one of my fellow YouTuber's (for this i'll call him John) started receiving calls from this guy, and telling "John" that he was going to kill him and that he needs to watch his back and that he is going to burn "John's" repair shop down.

I forgot to say that he starts calling "John" at 1:20 a.m.

I know of whom you speak, and that's why I got nosey and wanted to see if I could look anything up on this number. I happen to like that you tubers entertaining vids :) I sent him a link on to this so hopefully that helps. Probably a wild goose chase but this is ridiculous. No reason for that at all. If it were me I'd turn over anything I could to the police.

i got a call from this [***] saying he was watching me and everything i do and he calls again not even 5 min later saying he is from a towing company and he wants to tow my impala away ..

This same number has been calling me non-stop for the last week, 3-5 times a day.  When I ask what they want  they hang up on me, Im not sure of the name because they say it too fast or not clear enough.  It's SVB, STP, SBP something like that.  They literally just called me again and I asked why they keep calling and then hanging up, then she hung up on me again.  My husband talked to them last night asking personal questions and I told him to give them or personal information, then he asked them to call our house then they hung up on him.  At this point Iam very frustrated and dont know what to do!!!!

Third time I received a call from this number there was a person on the other end (the other two calls were dead silence).
The woman said she was from SPT, needed to do a quick survey, and wanted to know if anyone in the house smoked.
I pressed her for more details, and finally ascertained that SPT is an independent research company, stands for Shawn Paul and Taffee (or something similar; hard to tell with her accent), and that these three people are friends of the owners of the company.
I did not give her any answer to her question, but told her not to call back.  We'll see if that happens or not.

They have called several timnes but only let it ring a couple then hang up?

This is a collection agency that tries to collect on very old debts.

This number just called my house my eight year old son answered and he said it was a woman and she started asking him questions, good thing he knows better and all he said was one minute and when he brought me the phone I said hello they hung up!! I tried calling it back it was busy but when I called again it just rang and rang! When someone tries to talk to a young child and hang up on an adult it really pisses me off!!

got a call from 519-963-1966.  When i answered, there was no reply. Waitied for 5 seconds or so then hung up.  When are also on the no call list.

These scammers call from 514-447-0203 and 519-963-1966. Interstingly after I pretended I spoke french when the 519 area code called and hung up on me....now I'm getting calls from the QC #. Regardless they are the same broken english cockroaches asking the same questions. They ask for the lady of the house and then say they are doing a survey...and get as far as asking if I recycle when I hang up. They call 2 times a day everyday. Must be VERY important to get me to do their "survey".

Most likely they are using a calling card number so they can't be tracked easily. Maggots.

I also got a call from the number 519-963-1966. The lady was hard to understand and she wanted to do a short survey and asked me right away if I am recycling, I hung up and tried to call back, but just ringing and no answer.

I am getting calls from this number about 5 times a day, and I'm getting really ticked off. No message is ever left. I have caller ID, therefore I don't pick up, but how many times does this jerk need to call to realize he's not going to get an answer?

I just got a call from these people. Strong indian accent and told me they were from windows and my computer was sending error reports. I said thanks and I will have my boyfriend look into it and he said "No go to your computer now" and I said my boyfriend is a computer tech and he will take care of it and he said  "fine talk to your boyfriend. [***] [***]" ... I tried to call the number back but surprise surprise no answer or answering machine.

I woke up to answer the phone and the person started right into survey questions. I asked for the company name and he said SSP > I said what does that stand for and he answered that it didn't matter. I asked where they were located and he answered Philippines. He was persistent that I continue the "survey" > I hung up.

I received a call from this number saying his name was Daniel and that it was in regards to my Visa.  He kept mumbling on so I told him to get to the point as I was making supper.  He called me a F-----g [***] so I hung up.  He continued to call but with different phone #ès.  I called the ĉity police and am now waiting for them to come out.  When the phone rang again, I answered it and said I was the city police and that charges are going to be laid for harrassment.  He then proceeded to say that I had abused him at which time I told him what he said and he said that he never said anything like that. He hung up then.  The other phone #ès that he uses are private #, 415-707-0560, 559-386-9701, 607-737-1409.  Guess I will wait for the police.  Since I said it was the city police he has called back again 3 times.  Guess they canèt get the hint.
