Getting unwanted SMS from this number.

I am getting continuous sms from some numbers like 65xxx regarding this number(52000280). Please call me, enikku ninne ariyum like that. Sure it is from somebody who doesn't know Malayalam properly, a sure thing I could say is it contain Tamil style in Malayalam.
