Unsolicited out-of-state call from unknown caller identified as “MCM” with no message left.

Most people don't "solicit" phone calls from a debt collector but they do make a habit of dodging them. That is what you are doing isn't it?

If this company were on the up and up, they would not be spoofing the number of a childcare facility.

I couldn't find a listing for a child care facility with this number but it is the published number for Midland Credit Management, a debt collection agency.  Call back to the number confirms this.  If you are going to contact these people be sure you know what to do when a debt collector calls and how to distinguish real from fake debt collectors.  Here is advice from the CFPB.
