This guy has been calling me from a collection company and I really don't know what's going on.

The phone number of 541.201-3015 has been repeatedly calling me the man is identifying himself as a Glenn Bermen from Andrew Hayes & Assc. he is calling my home and my cell all the time.  He threatens to report me to the police and to my job if I do not pay what he wants.  He also threaten to send immigration to my house.   How do I get him to stop?

This person is also calling my neighbors and harrasing them with the same message. Worst of all,  he doesn't owe any money. I am reporting this person/ collection company to the authorities and to the The Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the nation’s consumer protection agency.

He just tried to do the same thing to me, today.  Anyone get anymore info on this guy?  Threaten to report me to immigration too, for somekind of charge that doesn't exist.

Andrew Hayes & associates is th companie. Owner is glenn beurman contact police in Talent, OR see if they have address, file complaint w OR atty general too, prob have several complants already, good luck

i have to give the guy some points, he is a PROFESSIONAL, SCAMMER,be careful!   He called a friend of mine, threatening, saying my friend owed money and that he was going to report my friend to IRS and Immigration.  the other phone no. he uses is 1-800-310-2842.  he called my friend today November 11,2010.

I will respond by saying this, you can assume what you like, everyone of you that has responded has committed Social security fraud and are not even legal citizens, who buy Social Security numbers that belong to children or whomever, you open up fraudulent accounts and dont pay them back, We do send this cases to the IRS as well as Citizenship and Immigration services. Dont worry it will catch up to you

Hey this Mr Lewis guy must be connected to the scam. He postes a similar threating message like the one here on every forum like this one. HAHAHAHAHAHAH!!! To everyone who gets this call ignore it hang up the phone!!!!!!! Do not get into details with this guy!!! Do not call him back!!!! If he does give them the phone to a professional representative if it concerns you that much! If he says you owe money to a financial company or any company. Ask for the name, phone number, acc number, amount of account and tell him you will deal directly with the financial company. No entre en detalles con este tipo. Mándelo a la fregada!!! my job called me in last week questioning a police report that was filed against me, due to info i used fro my job, i lost my job the next day but my attorney said they had something to do with it.

Nice bogus post Mr. Beurman ("Mr. Lewis"). Obviously there is no pedro2, no police report, and no attorney. if there was, "pedro2" would have a copy of it and have details or "pedro2" could produce a name and phone # of the "attorney". Bogus posts are part of his scam, beware! Nothing ever happens just empty threats and lawbreaking.

Just want to say to Beurman hope he change cuz if he have a family. We never know what we do it came back us or life charge to our family. We never get way if we do something wrong we have to pay sooner or later. If he can support his family he should ask for help but trying to get money like this is not a good idea.
