no one speaks over the phone and disconnects as soon as recd.

i got the missed call every day from the no. 5432169657554 cant find this no in the world i thin there is no created by the cellular co. by which the user who are not intrested to activate DND service co. make call continusly till they not activate it, this might be different strategy but not shure about this.

Does any one know if cell phone gets converted into microphone on getting missed call from this 13 digits number which starts with 543.... If not then probably it is to misguide me because I am 100% sure my cell phone is converted into microphone.
