Only 5 digits came up. Guy said my computer is in danger and I need to go to it and follow his instructions. Obviously a foreigner, said he was in North Carolina. I kept insulting him, but he was adamant and insisted my computer was at risk. He finally hung up and said he hoped my computer would crash.

Also received calls from odd 5-digit number. Thank you for insulting the scammer!

Tired of getting these calls. I never answer it. But wpuld like them to stop calling!

Also received a call from 54658.  Did not answer (rejected call), as I recognized as a spam caller.  Immediately put it on Block.
Somewhere, somehow my number got registered to some sketchy site or business, even though I don't use it for that.  Many times the spam text uses a name to address the recipient, but I've never heard of them.

Other than changing my number, I'm resorted to blocking each number as they call/text - at least the phone allows me to do that... and block/filter texts containing that specific name.
