    Man who didn't identify himself left message stating he wasn't sure whether he'd reached the owner but wanted to discuss the house at [address].  Caller ID showed "Westwood NJ."  More than likely one of those "will buy for cash in any condition" scams.

    UPDATE -- Same man, identifying himself as Fabio, wanted to speak to the owner.  Caller ID now shows "Ramsey NJ."  Sorry, but unless a caller can be more specific, I'm not responding.  And maybe not even then.
