I have received calls from this number and other numbers in the past. The person says in a heavey Indian accent that his name is Dale Smith. It also sounds like alot of distortion. He never mentioned what company he was calling from, just used the word, division. I checked out this phone # and found out this is a unknown # in California. They are always middle eastern, rude and threaten me and my family.  At the end of the call they have the audacity to "wish me luck".

I received a number of harrassing phone calls from Steve Clark, spent the last month terrified that my boss was going to pull me into his office and tell me I no longer had a job, and paid hundreds of dollars to get this guy off of my back. After looking at other complaints, I also contacted the FBI office in Sacramento. They asked that I contact the FCC, since there are so many people out there scamming. I can't believe that in the middle of a recession, people are really out there making a living off of scamming people out of their money.
Getting a phone call saying that I would have to pay 17-20K is scary, the possibility of losing my job is scary. They're mean people, and they are not afraid to threaten you. I informed them that I contacted the FBI and that just got Steve all fired up. He said, and I quote "We'll see who wins this!!! I don't care if you contact the Dept of Homeland Security, I'll win."
I pray that someone catches them, because this is an awful something to go through!

This caller identified himself as Bill Smith and had a very strong accent and threatened me with legal action if I didnt call him back . He also called my son and asked for me . they must be getting their information and numbers from hacking our emails !! I will place a report with ic3.gov

These people were calling from a Dallas TX number now they are calling from a California number. They even called my job from the TX number I threatened them then they started calling from a different # same person. They were trying to get me to call another number it was crazy.

I've gotten calls from a NY number and a CA number. They claim they are based in NY I had a Mark Williams and a Robin Wilson calling now some other guy is calling with an american name and this THICK as ever accents. They are claiming cashnet is suing me and these are very serious charges and blah blah blah called my coworkers over 50x at work and threatened them. Now would a real PROFESSIONAL law office do this? NO! Would a real debt collector do this? NO I called the company I had a loan w/ they said this is a scam and they've even called some of their employees now theyre calling my friends. Change your number and TELL THEM WHERE TO SHOVE IT

I received a voicemail from Eric Watson also, he left me a voicemail that said I need to call him back or my attorney does. I received calls from him a couple months ago but his name was not Eric Watson...what are your thoughts have you heard anything for awhile. This is something that doesnt make sense and there is no need for them to call people without saying who or where they are from.

"Eric Watson" with the same indian/paquistanese accent called me at work. He said someone hada lawsuit against me because I'm a criminal. When I asked who was suing me he threatend me saying I was going to die because I was a criminal. I asked, rather, demanded him to stop calling and he said he was not.

check your accounts. I decided to check a savings account at bank of america that I no longer use and noticed thatevery couple weeks a 44 dollar charge was being sent back from a company called 200cash.com. That's when the phonecalls started..  I contacted a lawyer about this and he said they are next to impossible to track down because they use prepaid phone numbers and change them very often to keep from being detected. I have also reported them to the FTC several times.  I have 6 of their voicemails saved on my phone as evidence and have wrote down every instantance I have spoken or heard from them. I have since closed that account which is why their calling now I assume.

Got a call from them today. Acusing me of check fruad, eft fraud and not paying back a payday loan...lol He atarted reading off crap about tile such and such saying I need a lawyer. So to make a long story short I had a friend call them pretending to be a lawyer. They hung up right away.

I received three calls this morning and after the threats and harassment, I obviously told the call to remove my number from his database and he started to threaten me again. I hung up and called back to look for a different caller whom would be more reasonable (right!!!!). It was worse and the calls increased in frequency. I did a reverse phone check on google and traced it to Porterville, CA. I notified the local police department and I hope they finally put a stop to it.

I have had the same problem with these people but they went as far as to call my workplace and threaten the people I work with when they called them out they finally stopped when I told them the FBI was listening in but have started again now from a different number with a new name I don't know what to do to stop them I went as far as to tell them I was dead and it stopped for about a month now they are calling my husband

Same thing happened to me. I can change my number if I have to, but what about my work number?

They called me from this number last but have called from many others threatening me and so on called my employer and threatened to blow my place of employment up

cursed at them and even told them turning over to authorities. Called has an indian accent and call is
always the same - calling about legal matter, call them or have my atty call them. If I do not reply I will
have serious problems, and the says God Bless and Good Luck. Who from a collection agency or legal
office even says this. They are relentless in calling and do not give up no matter what. They have now
begun calling my work and I have made arrangements for the calls to be rejected.
Same people are using the #718-971-5768 stating it is a law office same person, same accent going by
name of David Cooper and Paul Smith. Also #212-461-3273 Jack Cook from a law firm.
Am seriously getting a whistle and next time they call am blowing their ears out.

I have received harrassing phone calls from Steve Clark as well. Ive already paid that [***] over 1,000 bucks and now hes contacting me again saying I owe something else for another loan. Is he still harrassing you? I have fled a complaint with the FTC and in the process of filing one with the Attorney gen. I cant believe these [***].

I cant believe any of you would pay the a$$holes money, like seriously you half to be a complete idiot to buy anything they have to say and to go has far has giving your info to these guys gezzz get smarter people
