they called me about some survey i dont remember who for, but it def is an outside data collection agency. i told them i was sick and didnt have time.

Frustrated, with 559-437-5359.  They call repeatedly throughout the day.  Day after day.  My phone service (Qwest) won't allow me to block, I enter the number and it just has me enter it over and over.  I do the code for last call and it says the number is not available and it will not allow me to block.  What good is Do Not Call list?  There is no teeth in this regulation.  Whenever you ask for telemarketer ID, the caller hangs up but they continue to call day after day.

They have called us two nights in a row after 9pm. We don't order from Pizza Hut and WAMU does not have that phone number.

I get calls all the time around dinner dozens over the past month - never leaves a message - today I answered and a foreign sounding man said he had a survey that would only take a couple of minutes. He insisted he didnt want to sell me anything. Then He asked if I was Hispanic, to which I said "partly" and then he hung up.  I think he wanted me to start speaking in Spanish.....maybe its homeland security??

This is a marketing research company.  Call 866-320-4607...this number has an automated recording where you can choose to add your number to their do not call list.  Follow all the prompts and it says that it will take a couple of days.  I just added mine so hopefully they will stop calling me!!!

Calls several times per week between 7 PM & 8 PM MST. An Indian sounding Man calls and asks to speak to my Wife, by name. Our phone number is unlisted and is strictly used for immediate family communications. Any item or phone call related to business is sent to another phone number. I had asked the Man at the other end of the telephone to quit calling our unlisted phone number.

I have filled out another FCC "Do not call complaint" form #1088B and mailed it to the address on the form.

Next year, our home land line will be disconnected. I will be using a VoIP service, you can block telephone calls or only allow specific phone numbers to call you.

I have also filed a complaint with the State Attorney General in NM.

I answered one time and it was some kind of survey about grocery stores. I'm not a WAMU customer and I took half of the survey so they would stop calling but I hung up halfway through because it was taking so long. They stopped calling for about two weeks and now they're calling me again.

called twice today, afternoon when nobody was home, tonite but only heard dial tone when I answered.  Pain in the neck!!  It only shows California & the phone number. nothing else.

Well I was one of the "annoying" people who has been calling from Synovate. It is a company that does market research. Other companies pay Synovate to conduct surveys for them to find out what kind of job they are doing and if they can somehow satisfy you (the customer) more. So yeah, It is all for YOUR benefit. If they call at annoying times, just simply give them a better time to call.

Synovate calls at anytime of the day or evening;  when you answer, they hang up. If you have on your answering machine, they will not leave a message. I've called the number (559-437-5359) displayed on my Caller ID to see who Synovate are, but their answering machine is always on (which tells me the calls are computer-generated). Are they telemarketers? Just for the record, they are annoying .  I average getting one call a day from them. Is anyone else getting these bothersome phone calls? I have made the FTC aware of these harassing phone calls by Synovate and their being in violation of the Federal Do Not Call list.

Received a call one evening from a company called Synovate #559-437-5359. Told him that I wasn't interested and hung up. Now he calls me every other day or so, lets it ring 8-10 times then hangs up. This can happen 1-3 times in one day.

Numerous hang ups.

I am on the DNC list.

Still receiving numerous hang ups from this number.  I am on the Do Not Call list.
