- Giorgio CosentinoI just reported them to the Do Not Call registry. 5 calls this week. I am on the registry, yet their recording says I can choose to be on THEIR registry. They violated the law by calling me and are now offering me protection from their continuous violation of the law? Totally absurd.
The next time a mugger robs me, maybe he'll give me a card to be added to the Do Not Rob registry, and of course, I will be so grateful to know he will not be coming back. Nice.- Caller: Next Level Solutions
- annoyedstudentI received two calls from them. First call was yesterday, 4/5/11 at 11:41am, and the second call today, 4/6/11 at 11:51am. I called the number back and it was a recording. Found out their name is Next Level Solutions. I went to their website (http://www.dial-nls.com) and added my number to their "Do Not Call" list. In addition, I sent an email to the list below, requesting that they do not call me. I requested they do not sell or transfer my number (not sure if I can do that but what the heck?). I stated any future calls will force legal action (I'm probably bluffing). I also told them I filed a complaint with the National Do Not Call Registry as my number is registered there. You can file a complaint about them at this link https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx.

And if you're interested, here's what I wrote in my email, if it helps you:
To whom it may concern at Next Level Solutions,
Thank you for contacting me via my cell phone on April 5, 2011 at 11:41am and on April 6, 2011 at 11:51 am. I do not answer any phone to unfamiliar phone numbers, and since I do not recognize yours, which is 559-457-0453, I did not and will not ever answer your call. Your company did not leave me a voice message either, but as you have called me twice, I thought it must be important, right? Through an easy internet search, I found that the number calling me belongs to Next Level Solutions, you.
How ever much I enjoy receiving endless daily calls from an unknown number without leaving any voice message, I have absolutely zero interest in speaking to any telemarketer (aka Next Level Solutions) and absolutely abhor receiving phone calls from them (you).
Please discontinue calling my phone number, xxx-xxx-xxxx, immediately. Please put my phone number on your "Do Not Call" list or whatever you need to do to stop calling me effective immediately.
I would also like to make clear that you are not allowed to sell/transfer my phone number in any way, shape, or form without my written permission. Let it be known in this email that I do not consent for you to give my phone number to any entity, effective immediately.
This is my final notice to you on this matter. Any further calls to my phone number as stated above from Next Level Solutions will force me to seek legal action against your company.
Also let it be known that my phone number as stated above is on the National Do Not Call Registry. You are in violation of the NDNCR because you called my phone number. I have filed a complaint against your company.
Sincerely,
My Name- Caller: Next Level Solutions
