Just found out some more information on this creep:

He has court on December 2nd. He changed his plea to guilty and is going to be sentenced for Grand Theft in the 3rd degree.  He was also charged with fraudulent use of credits which was dropped.  As I've been hearing this creep might be a confidential informant, hence the reason that he has been able to cheat, steal and rape some many ladies.

He will be sentenced at 201 S.E. 6th Street Fort Lauderdale Florida. Room #5900.  The judge that is sentencing him is Judge Bernard Bober.  If you would like to get a message across to this judge you can call the court admin at (954)-831-7740.  I have not yet called this office but will do so in the next couple days.  I will be present in court.

I strongly encourage you to keep calling the police and report your encounters with this scum bag.  They are on him!!!

He told me that he has heard from approx 20 ladies over the past two years and only two of them have filed reports on this goof! Nothing stuck because the ladies ended up not following through.  When Detective Sgt Craig Brown has questioned Robert Weiner in the past, his comment back to the officer is "good luck getting the [removed:lang] to come forward!"

The above posts have been  AUTHORED by the conman/criminal we are warning people about.  You can tell it's him by the identical repeated posts, the threats, horrible spelling/punctuation (he's a crack addict) and the misinformation.  He is a convicted felon who pretends to be a famous rockstar (usually the drummer or bassist) and solicits escorts for the purpose of robbing them.  He then will rob, con, rape, steal IDs, commit identity theft, and on.  His FIRST conviction is child molestation (lewd and lascivious acts with a minor under 15).  He just had a sentencing postponed by the Broward County, Florida 17th district court for 3rd Degree Grand Theft, and has 2 other felony charges pending.

We are trying to get him imprisoned.

I was scammed by Robert Weiner (at the time posing as Rob Bourden of Linkin Park, the drummer) about Aug of 2010.  He got me for $935.00.  I am a regular guy, not an escort (doesn't matter), but he STILL scammed me.  Almost 1 1/2 years ago I found his home address (he was staying at his moms) and left a note on his door, after he wouldn't answer, that said "You are going to pay back the money you stole or I promise I will see you go to jail/prison."

Today (Dec 7th, 2011), with the help of so many others (THANK YOU Jay, V. A, A, Kittykat, C, Deanne, C, just to name a FEW) I was able to keep that promise to this scumbag.  I was at the Broward County Judicial Complex in Fort Lauderdale, at 1:30pm in Judge Bobers courtroom.  I watched as Robert Weiner was sentence to 3 concurrent 6 month sentences, minus 27 days for time served.  He will be in the Broward County Jail until about May 10th, 2012.  They have other pending cases on him, we'll discuss that later.  I watched his face when he recognized me, watched them cuff him, and when he looked over at me, I smiled and slowly waved goodbye.

After he's released, he'll be on 5 years drug probation (not easy in Florida).  I will post more of the details (and how you can help) later on tonight.  I told him here before that the train was coming downt he mountain, and he was on the tracks.

Bottom line, ROBERT WEINER IS IN JAIL!!!

I don't know about you, but I sure slept well last night knowing Robert Weiner was locked up!!!!

I just wanted to provide an update from the virtual team who is trying to bring real justice to Robert Weiner.

Yes, Robert Weiner is behind bars but only until March 2012.  As you all would agree NOT NEARLY enough time for such a predator!

Here's what we are doing:

1) Through the District Attorney and the Detective we are going to get clear direction on who his victims should come forward to.

2) Through the District Attorney and the Detective we are going to get clear direction on what is or is not required of the victims ie: no risk of criminal charges to the ladies, phone testimonies are the ideal option both for initial complaint and for all court dates

Once we have this information we will blast via this blog plus via other avenues.

I also wanted to share with you in advance that the virtual team that we've assembled consists of people both male and females and EACH of us have been somehow victimized by this guy.  We have ladies on the team that are in the industry, have websites, and phone number which can all be tied together and verified.

When we roll out a concrete plan on the best way to bring this to the 'market' (market meaning to all of RW's victims) we will share with everyone.
