    I have been getting scam calls for months. No message of course. There never is. I have so many numbers blocked or with scam written on the phones caller ID I can count them. It seems like it may be the same people trying different numbers and angles to throw you off. In your case why would you want to donate money to another state before your own? Nothing over the phone, period.
