Promoting a cleaning service

Missed a call from this number on my cell phone. When I called back (less than 2 minutes later), I received a message that the number had been disconnected....

This is the third call from this phone number to me do-not-call cell phone.  There should be a way to punish these folks with hard jail time for flaunting their noses at the law, us, the FCC, the FTC and general human decency.

got this call about a week ago, and no voicemail or anything... 562 261 1102.  
then just now i got another call from another new number about carpet cleaning... from 562 394 0360  
what is up with these telemarketer crap?!!!

Just so you folks know, this is a very sophisticated organization.  When you call back the call is routed to a rerecorded message that said it is out of service or something.  They call out on that line, but you can't call in.  I gave the info I had about this number to a police department fraud squad where their landline is located.  It is actually owned by Global Crossing.  If they are not a licensed business they can get squashed that way.  If they don't pay taxes, maybe the IRS can get involved?  Don't you get a percentage of the monies recovered when taxes aren't paid or income is hidden?  Also in order to get rid of crooks like these, I proposed legislation to my local congressperson regulating boiler rooms requiring such things from the provider of the lines and equipment such as a business license, IRS tax number, signed agreement not to engage in any fraud, ID theft, or violate any FTC, FCC, local, state or federal regulation concerning telemarketing, and to post a bond of several million to be forfeited upon violation of the written agreement and jail time for all people involved in the operation, including the phone scum you talk to because they have no know that they are in violation of all sorts of laws when they hang up on you.  They personally have called my cell phone at least three times.
