I got a call from Mark Jhonson 15623618610 saying that he was calling from US Treasury legal Affairs asking for my dad. When I told him that I cannot hear anything he give me the above # asking me to return the call ASAP but he said that before I hang up provided him my dad's full legal name and address. Hello if he was really calling from legal department he should have all information

Sooooo..... I got a message from my mother yesterday that someone called her from the US Treasury looking for me and that they needed to speak to me urgently. She asked what he was calling about and he told her that he could not say as it was a legal matter. Well, in a effort to find out what was going on I called the number back just a few minutes ago, (562)361-8610, and got the US Treasury's ANSWERING MACHINE.BAHAHAHAHAAAA...  I left a message for them to call me back, and then decided to get online and check for reports of fraud. I knew already this was BOGUS because the US Department of Treasury wouldn't be calling me from a "562" area code!!! I'm sooooo excited for him to call me back now!!! This is going to be fun... ;)

recd on my answer machine.  Officer Rita Osborne, Dept of Legal Affairs at US Treasury will issue a Law Enforcement Action against me and if I wait too long I may need to obtain a lawyer. Scared me for a few moments trying to figure out what I may have done wrong and then looked the phone number up on Google.  Almost had my name right, but not quite.  SCAM SCAM SCAM

2/28/15 - Received a voicemail message on our "law office" phone from Andy Parker claiming to be from the Dept. of Legal Affairs.  He wanted to reach our son (who lives in another state) stating that there were legal proceedings against him and that he was to contact Mr. Parker at (909) 271-2074.  After listening to this message I played it back for my husband who is an attorney.  He is going to contact the District Attorney's Office in Ventura County to report this scam.  Mr. Parker who had a heavy Indian accent was obviously not who he was claiming to be.  Pls. be aware of this scam artist who probably just wants personal information from anyone stupid enough to give it to him.

Got a call today from some oddball on 206 414 1569, but the Caller ID was Richard Parker.  I asked who Richard Parker  was and he did not answer.  The Indian man stated I needed to call back the same number to speak with robert matthews.  Obviously the phone system is just hoax etc.  But the warrant out for my arrest and the US Treasury law suit piqued my interest.  I called back to speak with Robert Matthews.  He sounded like he was 18 and was quite informal and immature.  I took his badge number and told him I would call him back when the US Treasury office validated his position.  The call fell apart pretty fast at that point.
