It's been about 1.5 years, but now they are calling me again. She said my account was being sent to collections. When I asked her to hold, while I pulled up ALL my 2011 and 2012 canceled checks and credit card statements to confirm the amount, she hung up on me saying it was going to collections in answer to my request to confirm the amount.

I received the same calls from Rebecca at 562-867-6122. I know that I don't owe anything to anyone. Thanks for your post. I now know that this is a scam. I just want them to stop calling.

Same thing happened to me today, they said that I owed a bill from December 2011 from the purchase of some light bulbs, I did purchase some but I paid for them. So I asked them to send me an invoice to my e-mail and they refused because their e-mail wasn't working, then I told them to mail it but they would not do it. I contacted the BBB and I was told that they are several complains about the company and that I have the right to receive an invoice. I called them back and ask for the invoice but instead Ana said: " I am not able to send you an invoice because the account is closed but if you don't send the payment they are going to send it to a collection agency" (she was aggressive). Since now I now it is a scam I told her to go ahead and do it because I'm not sending any money. She contacted me from the following numbers: 818-420-4298 and 562-867-6119. The address to send the payment is  PO. BOX  1427 Bellflower CA 90707. PLEASE BEWARE THEY ARE STILL TRYING TO SCAM PEOPLE!!!

I got the very same call, last night, for light bulbs purchased in 2011..said I owed $219 in interest but were willing to drop it to $159 after I argued with them.  My call was from Brittany Meyers 562-867-6110  ADHW Inc PO Box 1427, Bell Flower, Ca 90707.  Luckily, I googled and saw these msgs and have not sent any money.

Brittany Meyers of ADH & W Collections called me 1/3/2014 and left a message informing me of an "outstanding account." There were no other details.  The number she called from was 562-867-6110.  I returned the call which went to a very official-sounding voice mail system;  I told her I had no outstanding accounts and she had misinformation.  ( I'm still waiting for her to call back.)  Googling the phone number has proved my original thought was correct --  this is a scam perpetrated by mostly females calling from area code 562 with an 867 exchange.

Got a private call from this organization stating I owed them money for trash bags 3 years ago. ? Said they would send to collections. I didnt order any...

Same thing happened to us.  Suspicious was the rep's subtle insinuation that we were taking advantage of those poor workers who couldn't possibly have been "in cahoots" enough to say we ordered bulbs from an address we haven't lived at in 6 years. First rep. hung up on me rudely. The second rep., a supervisor, sounded smarter, a bit sympathetic at first, but then became unrelenting in her suggestions that I was to blame and could resolve everything by paying. She, too, hung up on me, after saying she would be be sending us to collections. Hmmmm.....I thought she said I Was in collection.  The only question I have now is whether to ding my credit by checking my report?
