Leaving messages on voice mail that you cannot understand them

Been calling for a month once or twice a day. Told her I'm not interested still keep calling she says she is in the philippines pls help me stop their call . Thanks.

Introduced themselves as Directo Philippines powered by Smart/PLDT or tied up to PLDT.
Called my number because based on "their research team, your number was used to call long-distance to the Philippines."
Offering "unlimited, premium-quality-line US-to-Philippines phone calls" service for promo price of $25 (said to be $35), then relatives over the Philippines will get "PLDT wireless 7-digit landline via SIM" with 600 minutes of calls and then some load. "Promo offered only today," when they have like called me at least once every month. Said to be "can be tried for a month, but guarantees you won't have to cancel it because you'll like it."
I asked them, this Ohio number is used as a Caller ID.

Didn't answer. No voice mail

Missed the call and tried to call back. Said number was disconnected. Likely a scam

Phone rang a few times, then hangs up. Didn't leave message on answering machine. That was 9:23pm!

This caller called my husband phone and cause our problem. I thought he's cheating on me. I'm glad I found all these messages stating this  is a scam!

Called @ 2pm Sunday 2-6-2016, My cell phone displayed a friends name, but a different number.I answered it. A lady with a heavy accent offered friends and family discount to a country I call regularly. She claimed to be from that exact country but when i spoke that language, she did not understand me. I already have that service through my cell carrier so I hung up on her.

Called me didn't answer and it appear unknown
