This # calls about 20 times per day.  I answered once and nobody said anything.  Now I refuse to answer.

This is a response to Jan 2009 'who cares'.  Well, I care.  This number has ruined my cell phone battery!!!!!!!!!!!  I DON'T answer.  I HAVE made a complaint to the FCC, as many others have done.  These idiots are still at it!  Don't know what it will take.  This phone was given to me by my son for emergencies only and it's continually tied up with these calls and hangups.  If there is anyone out there who knows how to stop this, PLEASE HELP.  I'm becoming DESPERATE

These people have been harassing us too. They never respond when the phone is answered. This morniong someone eventually answered and left the number 877-233-8527 for my husband to call back. When I gave my husband the message, he was skeptical about it, so I decided to check it out on the internet, and I see all these complaints coming in from other people.

Received many calls from this number during the last few days.  When I answered this afternoon there was a woman on the phone who said she was calling regarding an overdue bill from Sprint.  I told her I could make it real easy.  I told her I couldn't possibly owe Sprint any money since I didn't have an account with Sprint and never did.

She said, "So, you're refusing to pay?"  I said, no, I can't owe anything if I never had a Sprint account.  She repeated that I was refusing to pay and hung up on me.

Phone ring, answer, they hang up. *69 and get number 1-571-261-0021. This has been going on for over a week. Checked with all my crediters, not behind on any payments, always pay on time and much more then minimum due so I know that it cannot be a bill. These individuals are nothing but wannabe terrorists.

Calls every day a few times for a month now. I never answer

These people call several times a day even on Sunday. When I answer they put me on hold. Don't they know that calling on Sunday is not very nice and I think illegal.

I did research on (240) 210-7111 and (571) 261-0021, numbers that have started showing up on my caller ID that I have received several calls from but no voicemail messages. I learned that both of these numbers are associated with some entity called, “Receivables Performance Management” aka “RPM.” After receiving a call from (240) 210-7111 around 11:45 am on a Sunday 12 October 2014, (a Sunday morning…I could not believe it), I got fed up and decided to call the number on my caller ID. Upon my call being answered, I was immediately put on hold and transferred to someone else. I explained to this man that I was not the person who he was looking for—I have had this number for about a year—and that he needed to stop calling my home and remove my number, which prompted him to immediately hang up on me. So I called back. Again, I was immediately put on hold and transferred to someone else. I explained to this lady that I had just called and had been hung up on, that the person they were looking for no longer has this number as I have had it for about a year, and that they needed to stop calling my home/remove my number. She claims that this will be done and I will receive no more calls from them.

they call every day. I finally waited on line for someone and they wanted my name and address. I hung up

Tired of repeated calls.

This number keeps calling.  Recored message say to hold on for an inportant call then no one.
FIX IT !  Their are rules in this country for invasion of privacy.

They call me several times no information provided

This number calls me constantly and never tells me why who they are.. im assuming it debt collectors but i dont know because they do NOT state who they are

It's a collection agency. Just waste their resources as they waste yours. That is what life is all about.

I  get several calls from 571-261-0021 2-3 times a day. They Never leave a message as to what they are calling above. I  looked the number up on google and saw where others have been getting calls as well.

This number called me work phone this evening and someone spoke.  It was a gentleman with an Indian accent asking if I was the wife of "Jeff Frasier".  Told him I wasn't the wife of anyone and he promised to remove my number from their database.

Definitely sounded like a scam.  I've had this work number for many years.

I have received several phone calls from this number and they dont leave messages, and when i did ask them what they are calling for they transferred me but I hung up. They kept asking for my son but wouldnt say anything-i hung up
