Robo call claiming they were returning my call I made about a back brace "as seen on TV". Maybe the call systems are using some sort of vocabulary recognition because after I said "B*** S***" they did not ring an agent who could "help" me but hung up and I just got a rapid busy signal. Or... maybe all the agents were busy and they had to skip my call. This is a miracle back brace, you know, and no doubt millions of customers are clamoring for it.

Please folks, I emplore you, do not under any circumstances give out personal information to these scammers, remember the hover round scam that bilked billions from medicare, this is the same thing with a different twist.  First of all, a couple of pieces of velcro,  does not make a back brace, and is not allowed by Medicare.  These scammers talk a lot of shady doctors who are promised a piece of the action to order one.  You can't get a  MD or Chiropractor to get one without seeing you first, only the shady ones.  Again, please just hang up, enough times and they will find another  home, If you have caller ID, please don't answer call from some number you don't know.  Your first line of defense is to get a call blocker, even if they cost some money the peace of mind will be worth the cost.  Remember this junk can actually make your condition much worse.

Called said i requested a call back about a back brace  commerical on t.V  when i asked who is calling they hung up

i sent this note to their carrier, level 3 communications; 5712814336 is constantly making unsolicited phone calls while being vulgar and rude. Google the number. Your customer is conducting illegal activity

Wrong! I never pick up and they still call.

It doesn't make any difference if you don't answer.  They still call.  Today my phone even rang longer even though I have voice mail.  How can they over ride my voice mail?

Was a recorded message saying the back brace I ordered was ready to be shipped.  I never ordered one.  Pushed #1 to talk to representative and when they answered I told them I was on the DO NOT CALL LIST.  Person hung up.  I tried to call back and all I heard was music.  I hung up.  Why can't something or someone do something about these calls
