I got a call from a 347-637-4196 number saying that i had commited fruad. Since i did have outstanding late pay day loans out, I freaked out and thought it was true. They said they were going to send police to arrest me at my work. I spoke with my brother in law and he told me that was illegal that they had to serve me papers etc and fight back. So i faught back and they backed down for a few hours. After a few hours the called me 5 times leaving a message that said they had no choice to turn this over to the police. I got a missed call from 911 from a "Brian O'Connor" telling me to call 573-693-2884 so that he could serve me with paper and start with the legal investigation. So i searched that number and this website is what I find! I was truly afraid

They leave a threatening message that your attorney needs to contact them or Goid Luck.  When you call back they have Indian accents and start saying disgusting things if you ask for information.  The idiot told me he has the best job in the world and my husband was just probably a janitor.  I guess they think scamming is a career.  Lol!

They called me and said I was a suspect in a legal case and needed to call this number back to talk to an attorney, when I called it back it was only a answering machine. He stated he was going to give me a case number and when I asked him about it he just said to call this number and they would tell me everything.     Very Annoyed that this is happening to people.

got a call from danny archer at my work left a message about a legal matter with the irs. I need to get a lawyer and I will be arrested in 45 minutes. cant get ahold of anyone with the irs to turn this jack ass in.

This stiff called said that he wa from the Department of Treasury and that  there was a grand jury investigation and that there was a subpoena. That I should call this number 573-693-2884

I have received at least two calls from 573-693-2884.  He claims to be from the US Treasury and that I have legal action against me. It was a prerecorded message that came in at 6:15am. That is my first clue that this is a scam. I tried to call back but only get a voice mail message.  I went on the Federal Trade Commission website and turned in a complaint. These scammers are the scum of the earth. Their goal is to cheat anyone they can out of money.  I work two jobs to support my family and these husslers try to bully and cheat honest people.  I have friend's whose unsuspecting father was scammed by one of these a***blanks.

Same number 573-693-2884.  Claims 2nd attempt to reach regarding pending lawsuit.  Really?? News to me.  And it was a recorded message that called back like 3 times.  Scam scam .  This appears to be a violation of the privacy act to be calling people and leaving this type of message.

Just got two messages in less than an hour from this guy.  Same info given as above.  I assume it was a recorded message since the machine only picks up part of his message.
