this is a scam,they manipulate their caller ID to a fake number so you can't see the real number they are calling from, this is the same trick bill collectors often do, they want you to go to their site ad log in so a virus can be installed on your computer , there is no 578 area code in the united states or Canada,  57 is an area for South America

This number is comitting fraud and getting people info to hack indentity. Please stop this people

this number calls me 20x a day and i never answer but it is super annoying.

This number repeatedly calls me over and over 12 times so far today alone never says anything and says is unreachable when I try to call it back annoying the hell out of me I want it STOPPED NOW I AM A disabled veteran and it is a painful ordeal for me to put up with the GD [***] STOP CALLING ME MF.

I keep receiving calls from (578)121-8324, which I don't want.  The caller doesn't let the phone ring but a few times before hanging up.  I have answered, but have recived no response.

Has called me 10 times today. No messages. Please put it on a do not call list. I want the calls to stop!!!

This number 578-121-8324  has called my cell three times so far today as well as another similar number 459-121-8344.  Reverse white pages says it's a Telemarketer.  STOP calling my cell!!!

This number called and I didn't answer , only rings for 5 seconds then hangs up

Same story as all the others. calling all hours of and night on land and cell phone.  When you call back it is disconnected if you answer no one is there. If you go to countrycode,org/colombia it will show you 57 8 is Ibague, Colombia.
Then, www.tollfreeforwarding.com/?cid=7944 for a fee will allow the caller to disguise his north american #.
I do not know how to block those calls

This number called my home phone and was demanding I filled out an online survey and when I explained I did not she started screaming at me, do I hung up.

this number calls my house everyday all day and when I pick up the call disconnects! I cannot block this number and I WANT THE CALLS to STOP!!!!

Same as above. Calling constantly. CID says "Out of Area". Blocking this one, too.
