Got a call just now from this number and did not answer it.  The number just left a 9 second blank message which had a quiet medium-high pitch hum in the background (something electronic).  

My phone identified the number as being from Vicksburg, MS.

Oh thank goodness, I thought was going to have to do all this myself. Let's work together shall we? While you alert the FBI and DA Fraud Unit I will call the president of the United States so he can get most of the CIA staff together for a briefing in the early morning hours. They'll pay, do'nt think they won't pay...

I have found this number in other posts. It is a scam. Somehow they have a number database and they are trying to contact or verify #s for a credit scam. They have been calling me but not leaving a message. I have not returned the call.
Another post mentioned someone has contacted their phone provider AT&T and this is a federal matter now. Unfortunately I don't see anything I can do except save the # as a contact marked as 'scam' in my phone then have it go automatically to voice mail so I won't have my phone ring 5-6 times a day. Apparently also this caller has many if not thousands of other #s they are calling from as well. I never answer calls from #s I don't recognize. If they are truly trying to reach me, they will leave a message and I can call back.
I hope this info helps someone else. There is no other way to block a call to a cellphone.

Reported to www.donotcall.gov and sent the caller the following text message:
Congratulations! You are so busted for spamming a number on the National Do Not Call Registry.  Enjoy your stay @ Club Fed.

Register all your phones with www.donotcall.gov
And report subsequent occurrences to them.

Didn't recognize the number so didn't answer. No message left on my vm.

Same here. Agree with Chris Jul 23, 2013. Why AT&T doesn't pull the plug on that number????

Hi I just googelded the same thing ..I know ppl in biloxi so I answered...but it was a lady saying something about my bank card so before she spoke another word I clicked ..and its 10:06 my time another number just came calling automated system telling me my atm card is frozen and I had to verify my 16 diget card or account number. ..I kept listing to see ifnit gave a company name..but nothing..called back..busy sound....so fkn aggravating. ..here that other spam num er I believe their same ppl  877-520-7110

I just downloaded an app called circle and 10 hours later I'm getting THESE spams....I believe its connected...app selling numbers , maybe

Called my DNC cell phone today twice, I did not answer, no messages left

Called me, seems off, didn't pick up, didn't call back.

Got this call my self and pressed the 1 button out of curiosity.  After a very short hold period, a man answered the phone and asked me if I was interested in the 6% interest rate.  I told him yes, which credit card was in reference too?  got hung up on.

just got a call about lowering the interest rate on my credit card. I pressed 1 to have them remove me and the guy who picked up hung up on me. total scam.

Same thing they called and I didnt answer. Called back and the message said it isnt a working number....

I got a call from the same number in Vicksburg too!!!

i got the same call! I didn't answer, i never do if i don't know the caller.
