Got the same call today... forwarded though a Vonage VOIP. Vonage logged the number as restricted but my cell showed the number. When I answered it with my company greeting the person on the other end mumbled something then hung up.

My dad got a call from 602-283-1862.  The man addressed my dad as "Grandpa" and said he was my husband (used correct name) and that he was in the hospital.  My dad said he didn't believe him and the man started cussing at him, so my dad just hung up.  Very worried that the caller seemed to know personal information about our family.

They too called me and didn't answer when I said hello but keep calling this week. The calls started at 8 p.m. Sunday the 13th. Then twice on Monday.

Just got a call from 602-283-1862 - they asked for one family member by first name.  I said he wasn't here, so I asked who was calling & the guy hung up.  Called the number back - get a recording that says this number is not in service.....?

Getting calls from this # do not answer

This number called me by name had my address saying that I received a government grant and I would receive it by mail in 6 to 7 days . Or I could receive it in 45 min in my bank account I declined and advised her to send it postal mail. Will update date the outcome in 7 day.

Don't answer to this phone number. They are starting to use different number now like'1877-430-3413.

Just got a call from Transcom Holdings (per caller ID); showed it was from 602 283 1862.  I answered at the same time as my recorder; they had already hung up as soon as they heard the message start on the recorder.  I called the number right back and got a recording that says "The number you reached is not in service, this is a recording, 3820" and then the call drops and goes to dial tone.  I looked up this number and all it shows is that it's assigned to Mcleodusa Telecommunications Services, INC.- AZ.  I can't find anywhere in the Phoenix area for a company by this name.  I have been on the DNC list since the beginning.

I just got a call from (602) 283-1862.  Caller ID said "Transcom Holdings".  Oddly, the caller left a voicemail for me by name, said his name was "Steve Cohen", and gave a callback # that did NOT match the caller ID -- the callback # went to a law firm in Michigan (I am an attorney, so I am not surprised to be receiving calls from a law firm).  He said he received a letter from me a few days ago, and was calling in response to that letter (I didn't send any such letter).

Please help!!! This number keeps calling me and they are harassing me. They have all my personal infomation and somehow know I have been having problems with my computer. His english was very bad and I asked to speak to a supervisor- who had they same language issue.The guy then asked me to "marry him" and if i wasn't polite, he was going to keep calling- which he did. Seriously, why is this allowed?

The same number called me this morning 04/05/2011, saying I requested some pakage and like to deliver to me this afternoon, I questioned him the details, and I hardly can understand his English, then I was alerted that the same voice called me few times for the past 15 days, sometime showing toll free number, sometime showinh restricked number, so found out something wrong, then I told him don't call me again and put my number "Do Not Call" list, then he start cursing me and hung up for me.

Just received call from "TRANSCOM HOLDING" (called ID). Let go to voice mail. The caller was female; she repeated saying "Hello" several times then hung up.

I got a call from this number and a man who identified himself as Kevin Anderson (very thick accent) said I had been awarded a  $7,000.00 grant from the U.S. Government that I didn't have to pay back or pay taxes on.  All I had to do was give him either a bank account number or a Visa or Mastercard number and the money would be in my account in 45 minutes.  I said I'd like a call back number and a verification number and he said he couldn't give me that because if I wasn't the person he wanted to contact I could claim the money for myself.  He also said the reason I was receiving the grant was because I pay my bills on time.  I told him to send me a check.  He said they were having trouble with the wrong people getting the checks so they stopped doing that.  Needless to say, I didn't give him the account number.  The only way I got the phone number and Co. name is because I have caller I.D.

just got a call from lady at this # 602.283.1862 knew my name, which isn't listed with ph co. had info about gov grant and wanted financial info ... then was threatened and told to go f*** myself, then dial tone ... o.0

I just received a call from 602-283-1862 and the caller ID indicates Transcom Holdings. I answered and the guy on the other end, who sounds Indian - from India - said that the reason for his call is becuase the computer I am using is generating a lot of errors, and they have been getting them. I knew he was trying to fish for information or sell me something. I told him that I am not interested and to take me off his call list and put my number as do not call again.

Got call from this number 602-283-1862. India accented lady asked if I wanted to buy xanex or any other drugs.  Since when do the drug dealers get your phone number and call direct.  I said NO thanks.

They are ruthless they keep calling my cell phoneand my work phone over and over, when i tell them to stop calling they call back when I hang up on them.

This is some kind of scam.  I got calls from Transcom Holdings from two Arizona numbers: 520-204-1097 and 602-283-1862  the 602 number was one that didn't leave a message.  I spoke with someone with an eastern Indian accent and who claimed there was an internet virus our computer was infected with that firewalls couldn't detect.  Interesting that he called at 7:00 pm on a Friday.    At that point I told him I was calling the Attorney Generals office and wasn't that stupid, and he hung up.  Of course. neither number was answered on my call backs.  Please DO NOT give them any information.  Do not even say OK, or yes at any time during your call.  Please report this to the Attorney General of Arizona.  The Phoenix number is 1-800-352-8431.  The Tucson number is 628-6504.

I just received a phone call from 602-283-1862 and I guy with a very heavy accent who said he was from Login for Speed. Although the caller id stated Transcom Holdings. He was trying to get me to turn my computer on and said I have viruses that my firewall couldn't detect. That my hard drive was being affected from viruses. I turned my computer off. He said he's from a US based company and wanted to help me. He knew I was in front of my computer. I told him not interested and hung up.

My husband is an IT guy and this is a SCAM. Do NOT give out any information!!!!!
