this number calls my house multiple times a day...I have gotten where, one I dont answer and two, I keep my phone on mute..I tried talking to them a couple of times..they are trying to collect on student loans I'm in the process of dissolving due to being 100% handicapped. The first time they said they could help me and would send me paper work to help get it dissolved...thank God I read all of the paper work that came...they had a paper that gave them access to my bank account and another saying I agreed to pay almost $600 a month...now how is this helping..when I have no income and can't work....DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE they will say anything...My second encounter with them...I tried to explain the situation again...told them I would not give them phone numbers of people I knew and would not sign anything with them per my attorneys advice...the woman said well let me talk to my supervisor..who instantly got on the phone...he then said to me...as I refuse to pay they would go after my family and friends...and would go after my husband....as I told the guy my loans were incurred prior to my marriage ...he can not touch my husband or my family...I then hung up...Now I refuse to talk to them...I immediatly call my attorney who took their name and number...lets see what he can do...you can not threaten me or anyone I know...

I just don't answer but they have called me as early as 7am and as late as midnight... That is total BS!

They call several times a day but do not leave a message.  Not sure who they are.
