What if I do have debts?  Is it still illegal / harassment for them to call me 3 times a day for the last 2 months??

They call themselves "IC System" and certainly come across as a debt collection company.  I asked a rep who called himself "Peter" why they would be calling me and he said they were looking for a "David Thompson" that they thought had my number.  I explained that the number they were calling was my cell phone and that I was not the party they were trying to reach.  Peter said that they would remove my number from their system and that it would take perhaps 24 hrs. for the calls to stop.  David if your out their they are looking for you.

Dont know this # . They start calling at 8:00 am. If this is target I have no dept with them.. so stupid...

As always, they call 8 am, or earlier, 10 pm, or later, weekends and Holidays as well.  Many times each and every day, for months.  Just give me five minutes with these criminals and I promise NO one will be bothered by these crooks ever again.  I.m sick and tired of being woken up numerous times Every day.  I go to work when my job CALLS me so I cant, just turn off the phone.  Is that info above been confirmed?  I'm very interested.

My husband pass away the 29th day of dec.2012, these people keep calling even from the his hospital bed, i can;t deal with this.They called almost three times a day.i told them if they do not stop calling i calling our lawyer.I do not know about this bill he made i can't pay it.I do not what to do.

I received from 603-414-1927. they had my add. but could'nt varify my ssn.

For the PAST WEEK now these A$$ have called my number ON AVERAGE 6 to 8 TIMES PER DAY, starting  anywhere between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM until usually 8:30 PM or 9:00 PM!

They call my cell phone at least three times a day and they never leave a message.

Call every hour on the hour the last 3 weeks. Never leave a message and no one is there when I answer, it puts me on hold.  YOU CALLED ME!! GRR

I have received over thirty calls from this # and numerous unknown calls wich started right after these other calls not one voicemail.I get multiple calls over the weekend and the [***] are not even open.I like the idea of them getting charged $1,500 for every harrassing call.Now I willbe checking everyway possible to aggravate them.but LEGALLY!!!!!

Got my first call from them today in the form of an hang up on my answering machine. I don't have any outstanding debt. They better not call back.

Every day at 816 am like clockwork.  I simply block the number.  Thanks for the info in previous posts.
If they change their number,  I just block it.  

I keep receiving calls from this #, without any further info.  I am on a do not call list.  when I called to find out who or what they were, I was given no options other than English or Spanish, and the # I was calling from.  I'm sure that this is some sort of scam, and as I am home alot due to a serious illness, I do not want to continue this calls at all hours of the day

I got a call from number around 8:15 am this morning.

That's at&t. Sold acct to debt collector. Dont ever do business with at&t. They are the biggest rip off. Anyone who thinks they are not getting ripped off. They got you fooled.

Robo call answered but no one was there, except message told me the call would be recorded  I would like to get a hold of these scammers.

i manage a diesel shop in dallas and they call like 4 times a day, let it ring enough for it to pop on the caller id and then they are off the line before i can answer.
