get call from this number and not answer

When i answer there is music playing. Miz call again, when i call back silence. Then somehow the number also called my cousin's hp and silence when answer. Scammer

Called 2x. I did not answer. Unlikely to be from real Maxis about payment of bills as my auto debit already paid.

Called me twice interval 2hr, i missed the first one but answered the 2nd one, is completely silence and it hung up after few second.

Called me twice within an hour or so, the first time they hung up immediately second time they played piano music over the line. Just block, most likely a scammer/tracker no.

Calling me twice and no sound once pick up. Def scammer
