A woman speaking Spanish calls once a day. Sounds like a recirding. Phone rings & rings then get busy signal on call back.Number belongs to Kevin Omar Mejia Amaya, Manchester, NH. Reported them to gov't agency DO NOT CALL LIST.

This bilge rat is nothing but a scam artist. These scums of our society needs to be dealt with severely without mercy.

I've been called by this number 7 times in the past week. Ridiculous! Don't even want to bother calling back. Time to use the nifty blocking trick!

Got a call. Did not answer. No voicemail and hen I tried to call back it says this number is not a working number? What's the point of these type of callers? Do they benefit from this somehow?

It was a recorded message in Spanish, which I don't speak.  Upon call back I was told that at the subscriber's request, the number doesn't accept calls.

Missed called at 9:14pm (5/10/17). Called them back, auto message "This subscriber does NOT permit incoming calls"... what are they afraid of... BS Calls at 9pm??
However, if you ever get one of those Indian "Windows" calls, try this... "I don't have windows. it's so dark...I'm locked down here...HELP!!" Both times they have called, they hang-up!!

Yes. I also just received a phone call from the same number. As everyone else has started. Spanish speaking female.
She asked me,...,
Spanish Speaking Feamale:  " Do you speak Spanish? "
Me- English Speaking Feamale:   " No!! Do you speak English?!? "
Spanish Speaking Female:  " No. I'm sorry I don't speak English, as she replied, I'm sorry. ", then hung up the phone.

So my question is.  If you don't speak English, then how could you reply in English??!!??

Now that's what I call no common sense. Nor having any education.

And people wonder why we don't answer unknown numbers, as they leave an angry message.

Because people like this could cause a loved one to miss a very important call if it were an emergency.

So BLOCK BLOCK!!!

Maybe it's time to go back to land lines.

Or even a beeper.
